I recently got new lights and dj kit after being out of the game for 15 years. looked at dmx controllers etc and found this online. an amazing piece of kit. its magic in a box. I do chairty gigs mostly so I know ill never afford it unless a find a used unit up for grabs. amazing though and cool to see. keep up the great work
Please do a demo with rock/metal music. Considering pulling the trigger on this for my venue but I NEED to see it work with something other than dance music
That’s certainly on our to-do list! Once we get some breathing room we will certainly fulfill this request and check it off the list. Thanks for the request!
Thanks Harry! Have you had a chance to upgrade your unit and give it a spin? We're definitely all highly interested in hearing your thoughts after you've had a chance to work with it.
@djchase206 Sounds great Harry! The feedback you provided previously was instrumental in our path to this first release so we’re always looking forward to and appreciative of your assessment!
This is incredible tech! How does it work for a live band? Could you set the front lighting to a different mode than the back? I am also assuming you can tell it what type of show, slow or fast song. Thank you for your response
Many bands and musicians have grabbed one of these. Yes, if you want a consistent light output for the stage you can assign those particular fixtures to a dedicated fixture group and enable Wash mode. There’s three primary operating modes: Max, Normal, Mood with Max being the most aggressive and Mood being very subtle. You also have global speed control if you’d like to dial things up or down in any of the modes. The device was designed specifically for DJ’s but it’s finding a home with many bands for particular use cases.
That’s an unbranded bar light, from some Chinese supplier. All others are from American DJ, Chauvet DJ, Eliminator Lighting, ProstLighting, or Rockville.

What is that center light bar?
