I used to do the E max build on brand mid, it was so oppressive,
not only does the spell go down by 4 seconds as opposite to 2 on W. But it also syncs up your 2nd cycle of 3 stack passive better as the CD's converge.
LS saying it doesn't affect till lvl 18, well it affects me from lvl 2 , maybe E max isnt the way anymore, maybe it still is in the 2v2 bot
maybe the liss Q buff helps clear at very specific areas where u might not need to auto the casters 1 time will have to see

Did some good nerfs to skarner, but that just means it's back to ksante 24/7 top lane since riot refuses to make a single meaningful nerf to him to make him a more balanced champion

What they should do for Gp is that if the Parley goes through a barrel reaching to opponent it should deal extra damage or do sth else
