They calmed me and one officer drove me around the college and spotted my car. That was a very good experience especially as someone who was new to the college.

@Ameya Anu എല്ലാ പോലീസ് സേനകളിലും നല്ലതും ചീത്തയുമായവരുണ്ട്. അമേരിക്കയിലെ കറുത്ത വർഗ്ഗക്കാരോട് വെള്ളക്കാരായ പോലീസുകാർ വിവേചനം കാണിക്കാറുണ്ടെന്നത് പകൽ പോലെ സത്യമാണ്. സൗദി പോലീസിൽ നിന്ന് നല്ല ഒരു അനുഭവം എനിക്കുണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്. റിയാദ് എയർപോർട്ടിൽ നിന്നും ഞാനും ഒരു സുഹൃത്തും കൂടി ഒരു സൗദി പൗരൻ്റെ ടാക്സിയിൽ ബസ്റ്റാൻ്റിലേക്കുള്ള യാത്രക്കിടയിൽ പകുതി ദൂരം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അയാൾ പറഞ്ഞുറപ്പിച്ചി തിനേക്കാൾ ടാക്സി കൂലി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. തരാൻ കഴിയില്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ ഞങ്ങളെ അവൻ വണ്ടി നിർത്തി അവിടെ ഇറങ്ങാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ലഗേജും വലിച്ചു വെളിയിലിട്ടു.ഞങ്ങളും അവനുമായി ഉന്തും തള്ളുമായി .ഈ സമയം ഒരു പോലീസ് വാഹനം ഞങ്ങൾക്കരികിൽ വന്ന് നിന്നു. പോലീസിനെ കണ്ടതും ടാക്സിക്കാരൻ വണ്ടിയിൽ ചാടിക്കയറി വേഗത്തിൽ ഓടിച്ചു പോയി.പോലീസുകാർ ഞങ്ങളോട് കാരണമന്വേഷിക്കുകയും അയാൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഞങ്ങളോട് സോറി പറയുകയും പോലീസ് വാഹനത്തിൽ തന്നെ ഞങ്ങളെ ബസ്റ്റാൻ്റിലെത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
