this is still one of the worst videos i've seen for changing spark plugs and wires. if you have no idea what you are doing. this shows you nothing.

You realize you have to take the front passenger tire off to access 4.0 spark plugs on a ranger right? It’s almost impossible to get a wrench down in there from the engine bay without having to remove extra stuff
