This really helped me for an RL68 clear, thank you! Once Mogh is between 70-50% hp, you can also summon +10 Tiche instead if you have her. She will kill him pretty fast as long as you are tossing some attacks his way. Black Knife and Reduvia are very good here, and they both function without many weapon levels. Another thing to try is using Chilling Mist on him after you use the shackle, the freeze debuff should help speed things up.
@markb6506 thanks ,yea I was only level 9 with +1 upgrade , so pretty much had to rely on the black knifes ash of war and not getting hit , as I would get one shot.

@kyleharmon853 Yea other than the corner spot for phase one it's more of a strategy. This is probably the best one for low level characters now that the glitch has been patched.
@deadcombat3802 Isn't much of a build as this character was only level 9. Pretty much just need enough faith to use the black knife for its ash of war. i hadn't upgraded it either, and I used a fully upgraded Soldeirs greatshield ash summon And enough flask for the fp you use.
@FunLobsterFacts You can go to the corner straight away, I was just getting a couple easy hits in first. The corner spot doesn't work in the second phase of the fight.

Which potions do you drink before? I am lv 136 and still losing hard.
@DJWILL1994 uplifting aromatic, gives you a free hit but it also gives you a damage buff for you and your summons.
So it's just running and spamming until you get to that corner?
