We decide to have a BBQ outside in the Garden. Come along and join us in the garden and have some burgers, sausages, belly pork and marinated chicken.
FYI about contamination experts - There's no contamination in the sausages being on the top rack. The top rack still acts as a cooking rack, just slower. When the lid is shut, the chamber reaches 200 Deg C so is cooking all racks. The sausages were not dripping as others suggested. No contamination at all. I'm fully aware of hygiene and understand about raw and cooked meats in a fridge but you only see a fraction of the cooking and to film that, I need the lid up. When the lid is down, everything inside raises to 200 Deg C and no matter what shelf it is on, It all cooks and no bacteria will live at those temps. I am lucky to have common sense but some commenters don't seem to understand that. Do you think I would put my family at risk? If you feel the need to make a comment on this and not enjoy the pleasure of watching our family enjoy our BBQ, Beware, you will be blocked. Zero tolerance for negative people, the rest of you. That made my mouth water I love bbq live in a flat now so no bbq but I have got a smokeless electric bbq I’ve used it once il probably sell it . Did spare ribs in the slow cooker and then in the air fryer they were delicious. I’m starving now 😂 great video my late husband use to cook the bbq and I cleared up all the mess etc 🤬 Sharon can have a rest from cooking 🧑🍳

If you make a hole in the middle of the burger patty it doesn't shrink nearly as much so it stays the thickness you made it ... the hole does close up when cooking ... Top Tip For The Day 🤣

Love the video great food I took the family out to burger King has a treat bank holiday we all had a whopper burger chips with a drink the burgers were soaked in grease I told the young youth who served us he just looked af me and walked away I shall never go back to burger king😢

Those silicon sheets look a game changer for the BBQ I didnt know they existed or would of bought some so cheers for showing those.We had a Moss family bbq at the weekend too,like you said you just can't beat eating outdoors with the family 👍.

I always think barbecue seems to taste better as you're usually sat relaxing in the sun with family or friends. The warmth of the sun helps, seeps in to you giving your system a boost as you eat. There's something about the smell of burning charcoal, a real sign of lovely summery days.
I am always a little paranoid though of uneven heat. If I airfry say sausages, I may temperature test 2 or 3 to check things are cooked. On a BBQ I do check everything, much to the amusement of people waiting to eat 😂.
