Born female, proudly a woman and won’t hesitate to say that I don’t feel you pandering to me at all. Appreciate your point of view and how you represent the trans community with grace, humility, and style. If more trans people were like you, they might gain wider acceptance. Edit: should read “If more trans people posting on YT were like you…”

@@burlesqueboy I know you’re right. It’s a small, but very loud minority of people. I don’t think they represent well! The trans people I know in real life are thoughtful, lovely people who just want to live their lives. A shame that CZcams algorithm tends to show me freaks like Dylan who mock women, or aggressive posers who threaten to hurt people because they want to force themselves into women’s sports and private spaces.

It's so sad that this is happening to your community - it's happening to us too- its ridiculous. As far as I'm concerned anyone can be whatever they want to be, just don't impinge on someone else - that's all women want, to be safe in their own spaces. I actually have no problem with trans women in our spaces, the problem is identifying the genuine ones- and other than putting a lie detector outside the doors sadly there isn't a way to differentiate. 99% plus of all sexual assaults are committed by someone with a penis - thats the only stat that matters to women.

Dylan is a weird one. She is someone I find annoying. She also strikes me as fake, as if she is cosplaying a misogynist man's view of what a woman is. I try to give her the benefit of the doubt (big of me, I know) and wonder if she's just trying to channel the girl hood she never got to experience. Overall, though, I think she's almost a parody of the attention seeking "influencer". Has she ever said anything that is positive for trans women who aren't her? Most of it just sounds like air blowing over the neck of an empty cider jug.

I think there are many like that. Whereas I feel Alexis is just trying to go about her business and build a life for herself as a woman, like many transwomen actually do, people like Dylan are just doing it for attention, likes, and money. So many out there don't actually attempt to transition or have a funny way of going about it - I came across some people not too long ago who started as straight males, do not have any gender dysphoria, take hormones, declare themselves as trans lesbians and don't do anything to actually transition (because imo they have no intention to) - just change their voice a bit and their clothes, and they have no job besides their online presence. They are the ones making all the demands, constantly drawing attention to themselves. And of course their ever present sexual content. It's all for attention and money - these imo are not real transwomen. To me they are not trans and yet those are the people everyone knows about, or believes that's what trans women are.

Agreed! I am now finding the trans community is splitting into 2 different types. My best friend who is trans.. says that there are "normal" transwomen who live life like a real woman and are respectful to the differences between the changed and unchanged woman. And then there is "too much" transwomen. Those who aline more with Dillon. The trans ladies that are just trying to live life in the most comfortable self are being hated by people bc they are lumped with this over the top - female hating and mocking group. They just want to live their journey as a woman. It's unfair to that part of the trans community. 😢

@@tiffaniejames1312 maybe online the talk might seem like they are being lumped in but I don’t believe they are. The trans activist are doing too much like you said, and it’s causing women to take a step back. trans women that are online boasting about how much more of a woman they are than you (even tho they have a penis) is seriously condescending and feels nasty. But every day trans people that just live their life and do them I think are fine. most people can tell the difference between someone who just wants to be who they are and someone who does it for attention and reactions.

I dont give a shit if people call me a TERF anymore, it's literally just a word and it no longer means anything to me.
People can do whatever the hell they want, i couldnt care less, as long as I dont have to compromise my rights, feelings and morals as a woman and a mother.

The whole point that the older trans community was originally trying to make is that sex and gender are different. Sex is your reproductive system, and gender is how you identify and how you live your life or are trying to live your life. Man and woman are genders, but they're also adult human males and females. We don't fit into those definitions. That's why we're trans men and trans women.

I’m a woman, when Dylan first hit the big time I commented that I didn’t like them (as in their personality,I felt that it was all a charade and the mask will drop soon) and I got called everything under the sun, so now I just say - if that makes me a “bigot, transphobic, terf” I’ll get it printed on a tshirt. The more insults I get the less meaning they have. I’ve also been called a terf because I asked not to be called “cis”. They really hate that for some reason and can’t even accept my labels when I accept all these new pronouns.
You do you, you are one of the most sensible well rounded people on CZcams. ❤❤❤

There is a point you just have to accept people who disagree with you are going to throw whatever they can at you. I'm a lesbian. i've been told I'm homophobic more times than I can count. I don' bother arguing anymore. People who accuse me of that don't want a real conversation. The same goes for people who call you a terf. They're not actually interested in genuinely looking at what you believe and why. They are just reacting because yo udisagree with them and they're not worth your time.

  • @mikewaldron4492

The fact that you took the time to insert the 'cis' explanation shows that you actually listen, and understand that 'cis' is a derogatory term. Thanks.
You being called a 'terf' is obviously ludicrous. This is what J.K.Rowling has been putting up with forever. You should team up with her. It isn't trans people she's against, just trans radical idiots (most of whom aren't actually trans) - that think everyone should bow down to their delusional and aggressive rants and demands.
Seriously, message her, separating trans people from the violent radicals wearing transface is the only way to stop them from destroying your way of life. All the best.

I was called a turf by my daughters friend the other day. She was staying at my house and brought up this Dylans song. She has always been a sweet girl, I've known her for years and we have always got on. I said its a horrible song that doesn't represent women at all. She was playing it at 8.30am and it pus**d me off. She had a mini break down and started crying calling me a turf and i have no idea. Im a tomboy and not feminine at all, no idea what she thought i was. She is 21 so I wasn't having it and offered her a ride to another house as she is no longer welcome at my house. I hope she grows out of this, she doesn't get on with her parents and lives on tictok.

Anyone in the trans community calling you names are mentally ill and were most likely neglected as children by their parents and don’t know what it’s like to be loved or how to love. You were supported and loved by your family and that shows. You were already a kind human so your transition is fully welcomed and loved by us women too.

As a woman, I often relate to transmen the best, but I relate to you ❤ I feel like you relate to women. People have boundaries, women have boundaries. Boundaries afford women a safe space, they are by definition exclusive. Forcing your way through a woman’s boundaries is intrusion not inclusion. Amy Sousa is the woman that I heard explain this meaningful difference. She’s on CZcams. I don’t think Dylan understands the difference.

I suffer from PMDD. A female hormone intolerance that causes me great distress, and has since puberty. I was called a TERF for merely suggesting that female hormones are intense and my trans friends should expect some crazy side effects from estrogen. And that maybe they should talk to biological women before doing a medical transition just to know what they're up against. But apparently saying "Hey... Being a women has its own challenges and you should be aware of what they are" is considered hate speech by some people.

My thing: why add to the animosity towards another trans person whose life has already been threatened. In the U.S. you have to live as your experienced gender for a year…365 days before moving to the next treatment.
You record your transition, but someone who doesn’t do it the same way is brutally attacked by the media. How can death threats be okay for anyone?
It makes no sense. You don’t have to agree with everyone, but piling on when someone’s life is threatened FOR WORKING? That goes too far.
