Duck season and talking about the cops is really fitting
Best Man Ending is still one of the most hilarious endings in a game to me.

At my school they made you type in 9 for out of school phones and then 1 for out of state phone numbers so I had to start every single phone call with 91 and I will always look back at that and think “what fucking moron designed it like this?!”
At work, If we use the business phone to call the manager, We have to put 1 before his number.
I've wondered the same thing.
I had my phone and my hand in my pocket and it decided to call 911. I felt so bad 🥲
I've called emergency services like twice in high school because I squirreled my phone into some part of my clothes to listen to music in class, so the screen was against my skin, and by some unholy luck it managed to swipe to emergency call and type 999... Sorry to the operator on the other end who had to hear rustling, then a brief "what the fuck" before being hung up on
For future reference, try muttering something like "sorry, mistake". In some places hanging up on emergency lines without clarifying anything will result in police being sent to the best approximation of your location they have, in case it was something like the phone being taken by a kidnapper or smthn.
@@KarolOfGutovoIn the UK (at least when it happened to me) they called back and took down some details, asked a few questions about my wellbeing and that was that
I accidentally called 911 on accident literally a few months ago. Phone was broken, couldn't see the screen, and I tried to shut it down, but for some stupid ass reason, there's no confirm button for when you press the emergency button.
it's not a stupid reason if every second matters, who knows someone might be after you, beating someone up, somebody might be dying, You might be dying
Better a misunderstanding than someone calling the cops or emergency services and having to confirm the call when time is of the essence.
Same thing happened to me like 2 years ago
Same thing happened to me. I had recently got my screen replaced and the screen died. We had set it down in the kitchen and, without anyone touching it, it called 911. Took a bit to convince the dispatcher we actually didn’t have an emergency and then she tried giving some tips on fixing it.
Back when i was about the same age i think, somewhere around 2-4, before I went to any school, my parents were on like a vacation or something, and we were staying in a hotel, and so i being the bored kid, just sitting while my parents are talking, find this cool board with a bunch of numbers and buttons on it, so what do i do, but look for cool buttons, and it just so happened there was a button there that was like red, and had either like a firetruck, or megaphone, or some kind of emergency related icon on it, and all i see as a small baby child is glowing red button with an image on it, so i press it. Next thing i know, it starts the call immediately, and my mom has picked me up, and is talking on the phone to the police explaining what happened. They never ended up sending an officer to check up, even though I'm under the impression that they have to even if the person who called says everything's alright.
AstralCop?
Also duck hunt seems like a good vod tbh
It's duck season but whatever, same thing
@@theironycomedy6I was obsessed with this game when it first launched, and even I mix up “hunt” and “season” a lot.
i remember, early highschool, we were in the computer lab watching a power point from the teacher. out of NOWHERE we all hear a man's voice talking... and it turns out one of my classmates butt dialed 911, AND had it on speaker.
A long time ago I was trying to call my friend whos number ended in 8111, I think I just accidentally hit 9 instead of 8 and had to quickly tell the emergency line that it was a mistake. A few minutes later an officer drove over to my house to make sure everything was okay. My parents were hosting some friends to watch a football game and I made the call from another floor so they didnt know I had accidentally called 911 till the cop was at our doorstep.
Honestly I'm glad they sent someone, after all it could be a kidnapper just telling them that it was a mistake
My school also used to also (and maybe still does) has to put 9 first to call
Luckily this hasn't happened to me but it happened to my friend in year7. We were in the middle of Welsh with a strict teacher too... Though one time my friend called subway on purpose in the middle of geography, the teacher never found out he did it
I hope we get an edited duck season video
duck season is one of my favorite games ever so i hope so too
When i was a kid (like 4 years old) at least once, and I feel like it might of happened twice, I was messing around with my dads flip phone and just accidentally hit the numbers 911 and called the police. I know one time the police actually showed up and my dad had to explain to them what had happened.
My grandma used to constantly call our local fire station on accident to the point of them recognizing the number lol. Luckily they were really chill about it. It happened so often because at the time she had one of those old people phones with big ass buttons, and it had an emergency button on the back that would call emergency services automatically. A good idea in theory, but apparently it wasn't thought through very well
My first place of work had a similar phone code. The code was 91. Literally on my last day of the job I accidentally dialed 911 and had the exact same reaction.
I remember that we had a landline phone, and our mom told us if we needed her we could just press the redial button.
For some reason though it called the police
I guess that means new video soon :D
lol my friend did this same thing, but typed 911 instead of 9911 and he called and hung up like 5 times
My younger brother had a phone way before I ever did, but it didn't have service or anything it was just for playing games and stuff. Now, my brother decided one time to call 911 as a joke or something, not knowing that even phones without service can still call 911.
When someone actually answered, we both panicked and immediately hung up. Thankfully nothing ever came of it, but we learned something.
I remember calling 911 once telling them that the ground had literally caved in since a pipe burst (middle of the road mind you), completely stopping any traffic, flooding the whole street, they told me to call a private service as it was on a persons property
I only accidentally called em once too
So I saw this video where it said if you repeatedly press the power button on your phone it'd dial 911 and I wanted to try it myself and it worked.
i was a devious child. i fooled my entire family that i slepwalked, which was my excuse for getting away with anything i wanted during the night . . . and so that got to the point where my parents changed passwords to all the electronics in the house (cuz id just play games on them all night), and i remember locking myself out of the home phone cuz i tried too many attempts, so i was still trying to fool around with the phone after that . . . and next thing i know im hearing someone say, "911 What's your emergency? . . . Hello? Caller can you hear me?" . . . then they eventually hung up. i feel bad now cuz my parents probably had to deal with that later. i was in 7th grade at the time, but now im graduated from high school.
I wonder if the 911 operator got in trouble because I don't think they are allowed to hang up unless they are told they can.
My family had one of those landline home phones with a big red button for emergency services… It took two instances of cops showing up for that phone to go away
I accidentally called 911 while in a call with someone else. my face turned on the phone, and I accidentally pressed 911 and then my call stopped and I was confused for like a solid 5 seconds before looking
Edit: F#CK! I FIXED A TYPO AND THE HEART FROM MY FAVORITE CZcamsR WENT AWAY, NO!!!
is back
@@clartbur Thank you! I didn't know it was until now!
My dad owned a blackberry at one point and if you slid on the slider hard enough (or something) you call emergency services, guess how my dumb ass accidentally had a conversation with the 911 dispatcher and my dad has to talk with like 2 cops to make sure he wasn’t abusing me
I didn't know that on iPhones, if you push the power on button a bunch of times it calls 911. So I was pushing my mom's phones power button a bunch of times because I realized her case made it easy to push, and I accidentally called 911. I panicked and hung up, but they called back and my mom was like "Did you call 911?!" and I got super embarrassed XD
Should’ve been a main channel video for this masterpiece.
At my work, you needed to dial 9 to get out and 1 for long distance. It was more convenient to dial 91 every time, and I would get a passcode prompt if it was actually long distance. I then tried to dial a 1800 number. When it stopped accepting numbers, I hit the hang up button immediately with the mindset of "something borked, start over". I only afterwards realized that the phone tried to dial 911.
I thought the call never connected, so I thought nothing as actually happened as a result, and I didn't tell anyone. I got a visit from security a few minutes later since it triggers some kind of alarm for them.
I remember once in class my phone broke & i the screen wouldn't change & when i tried to force restart it i accidentally called 911 cuz i held the wrong buttons for the wrong amount of time or something & since the screen wouldn't work i couldn't hang up
That was an awkward conversation
My school dumbed it down a little, we had a button for outgoing and inbound calls each, separate from the numbers. It worked decently, not really any problems. No police incidents with the system to my knowledge, but i can guarantee you there was at least one kid at some point who didnt understand the concept and dialed the police to be sure that was actually how it worked.
I've only butt-dialed the police once. I was listening to an audio recording of a Yu-Gi-Oh duel on my phone (no internet in my house at the time, was an audio recording from a DVD i got from the library) and by some stroke of luck my phone thought it would be funny to get them involved with the "Emergency Call" button. Quickly snatched it out of my pocket and turned the call off, no police encounter thankfully but that scared me for a little while. This phone I had was so old that theres no practical use for it nowadays (LG Stylo 3)
ohh daavid
YOU PLAYED DUCK SEASON?!?! Damn I wish I enjoyed watching streams 😔
One time I somehow called the police on my house phone when I was a baby, when the police showed up saying someone called, my family were both confused and scared only to find out later I somehow called them
Remember this time I went to enter my phone password, but my fat sausage like fingers pressed the emergency call button right above the password box. It dialed Instantly, and I hung up Immediately. They could atleast make It like a double tap thing as a confirmation like bruh
I never called the police and I was never really thought how to when I was younger, and because I was never in real danger I never really cared about learning how to call the police
I mean, when I was 7 I didn't know how to call the police or the ambulance and even if I did I wouldn't know my own address to tell them lol
I know now though!
This made me think of the time I accidentally pressed my Noonlight button after having it for years. I was panicking because I didn’t remember what pin I set it to (I have a few variants for different things) but luckily got it right to make it turn off before the timer was done.
Still got a text later that day from an employee saying “we saw you pressed the button, is everything okay?” And I felt so embarrassed I had to explain it was an accident as I was editing my widgets 😭 luckily she was kind and said she’s glad I’m okay
Bruh is that vr duck hunt when we getting a video on that
Ive called the police on accident 3 times all in the same building (different days but in about a months time)
1 was a phone that looked fake (it looked like it was part of the wall art)
2 was a butt dial (idk) and i forgot the third but they were mad and said if i do it anymore id get arrested or have to pay a fine (i was like 14 or smth)
I was at the store when I was like 6, I decided to be a goofy little guy and be like “I’m gonna call 911, because I can’t call them anyways without money!” Oh did little me get scared when it started to ring and they answered, and I hung up immediately, not telling my parents until 10 years later XD
