@@jandepandaman3113 they were trimmed then balanced. No issues. It’s a common thing in the mini truck world to do that. Have to do that to out gmc wheels on my b series.

Wheels are lug centric. It should be fine. Not perfect but it should be fine. Now if it was hub centric.... Don't ever do that lol
@@thesneak281 I personally wasn't too worried about it, I just never seen someone use a hand router on metal lol. Figure if you got the clamping force and the rims are right, you shouldn't seen many oscillations if any

The bass van will be one hell of a showpiece of your skills and a marketing tool for your business. I'm still not understanding why you aren't following through. Endless vids on bodywork that's pretty much complete. Now time to do your magic on the system. I vote for bass van completion.

I know the feeling Doug, i have a bassvan in my driveway with 4 18" amps and batteries that does a 160 but the engine died and i can't work on it because i lost the feeling somehow... it's like a 8 hour job to get it playing and 1 grand to get it running again... but nope...still sitting there....
Please don't give up on the bass van.

Being that EXO was going to hand you your ass with his bass van, I figured you'd throw in the towel. At least my dream is to see the Mule done before my son graduates high-school in 12 years might become a reality
I would gladly donate my time to finish the base van plus just simplify it. Go with 2 18s and call it. Do one of your one of a kind bandpass works of art. Love it all

We really need more videos plus the dash kit mods that you do I want to see the avalanche one because I have an avalanche but you know just want to see how you guys do your work I would love to see the craftsmanship I would like to see the steps because it’s very interesting and entertaining especially with your commentary Like you should have your own show. Well technically you kind of do cause you to give you this platform, so yeah, keep it up but please upload more dash kit mods for the vehicles especially for the Chevy one because I have a Chevy suburban 08 and I have a 07 Chevy avalanche and I want to bring them up to date and I think your dash kit it’s might work but I want to see them built
Use painters tape around the cap...it'll hold it in forever! And can be removed and replaced whenever.
