What is Parkinson's Disease:
It is a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system that affects your movement.

1. Tremor / Shaking often in the hands
2. Rigidity - Muscle stiffness or resistance to movement.
3. Bradykinesia - Slowing down of automatic movements.
4. Postural Instability - Can't keep your balance.

I dont know if its parkinsons but my index finger on my left hand started doing a tapping motion on its own really fast for about an hour.
It could be a trapped nerve. If it’s bothering you get it checked by your Dr.
