- This is Rifle Chute (Rapid #6) in the Snake Rapids Section of the Lower Madawaska River.
From the Madawaska Opeongo Whitewater Guide; Rifle Chute is rated Class 3 in Low and Medium Water, Class 4 in High Water.
Brilliant I learned so much by watching and listening. Channel way underrated.

Thanks. I think so too, but of course it is solidly within my own interest. It would be interesting to make a series like this, but I don`t think there are enough widely recognizable rapids to describe.
