I saw the Eagles play with Glen Frey in the very last concert before he passed away, my wife and I feel very blessed to have had that privilege. He was amazing.
I feel the same way.
A friend and I had been Eagles fans from way back. After they broke up, we were bummed out.
Then, in 1994, when they got back together for the HELL FREEZES OVER tour, we got tickets and saw them in June 94 at Alpine Valley in Wisconsin.
What a blessing it was to have that dream come true ❣️👍🏻🦅
R.I.P to all who have passed. Lynn Marta was in a long-running relationship with the recently passed David Soul. I can’t believe it’s been eight years since we lost Glen Frey and Alan Rickman 😢
Lynne Marta was a recurring guest star on TV shows, such as Barnaby Jones, Cannon an The Streets of San Francisco.
*Glenn
It's always difficult to face the loss of people we care about. Lynn Marta is truly an actress famous for her work and David Soul, Glen Frey, and Alan Rickman are all talented individuals who left a lasting impact in their respective fields. It's natural to reflect on their lives and the memories they made.
@@Au60schild an honest mistake. The double ‘n’ is an unusual way of spelling the name and I always feel a bit emotional after watching these episodes, so I wasn’t really paying attention to my typing.
Thanks for all you do. I can’t believe it’s been 8 years since Alan Rickman died. Such a terrific actor with that sublime voice!
I was thinking the same thing. Such a monumental talent.
I liked him in Sense and Sensibility
Quigley Down Under
Loved him in those Harry Potter movies ❤😢
@karendixon401 One of my all time favorite roles Alan Rickman played.
I have always been a fan of Bill Hayes. I remember him from early Hit Parade and Days of Our lives. My condolences to Susan
This is just gonna kill her! They’ve been together so long I remember watching them on days or lives when I was a little girl.
A heartfelt thank you to Joyce Randolph for the many laughs, and helping make The Honeymooners the greatest comedy sitcom of all-time! 🌹🙏
So strange, just the week before she passed I had a random thought about her and her longevity. RIP.
FYI The Flintstones was loosely based on the Honeymooners. RIP Trixie 🙏✝️💗🇨🇦
@@paulcarpenter999 me too.
RIP: Joyce Randolph. The last of the original Honeymooners cast is gone.
Yes, with her passing, I feel like another piece of my childhood has evaporated. Used to watch "The Honeymooners" on WPIX-TV NYC (Channel 11).
Makes me feel very old… that was such a great show!
To the moon, Alice
Honestly, I didn’t realize Joyce Randolph was still alive! I enjoyed the talent she brought to the Honeymooners. RIP all.
I used to watch on that same channel.
Thank you for remembering all young and old. Their gifts and talents, joy will always be remembered. Robert Palmer was a particular favourite ❤ RIP to all
So I remember Doug and Julie from the Days of our lives as my wife used to watch it and I usually came home for lunch in the 1970s
Yes me too, I was trying to remember his characters wife’s name and you said it, “Julie” . Were they also married in real life?
@@bethnelson8316 yes, Susan Seaforth (Julie) they married in the 70s
TY for your beautiful tributes and half-staff memorials. Particular RIPs for Joyce Randolph and Bill Hayes. May all on the list RIP 🙏 🪦. Lifting prayers and condolences for their loved ones.
May all who are grieving, be comforted❤
My 91 year old grandfather passed away on the 17th of January..😢 he is now with his wife(my grandmother) and with son ( my Dad) sadly my Dad paases back in 2012 aged 50.. I've never felt more pain in my life .. R.I.P all 😢😢😢❤
Sorry for all of your losses😢
Prayers for you and your family.
I had an opportunity to meet Joyce Randolph. She was very active in charitable causes, even late in life. A very sweet and honorable person.
Rest in Heaven Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, you served well Sir. You are one of my heros. Thank you for giving So much to/for humanity.
RIP also Joyce Randolph,The Honeymooners' Trixie.Oh what memories.
And i LOVED Glenn Freye.
'Delta Dawn'
It was a great one, Larry. That song alone is a great legacy.
You guys are so awesome! The only obituary channel on youtube worth watching and above all no clickbait.
There are some terrible channels posting fake tributes saying people have passed when they are still living. This channel is a true blessing!
I LOVED Bill Hayes on Days of our Lives. Broke my heart he passed.
To those we have lost, may you have eternal peace and rest. 🕊️🙏❤️
Deepest condolences and prayers to all the families friends and family wo have lost a loved one. 🙏✝️💗🇨🇦
Breaks my heart that Bill Hayes is gone. Such a wonderful human being.
Days of our lives will never be the same without Bill Hayes.
Shocked in hearing of Bill Hayes passing.
@@ruthietoothie68Me too. I didn't realize he was that old.
I remember him from the Davy Crockett song and from the soap opera on TV. A small part of my entertainment youth.
@@mariaroark1928I hadn't heard that name since the Davy Crockett days.
Thank you again Legacy for your account reporting.
Accurate?
One wonders how much further the Civil Rights Movement could have gone had MLK survived the assassination. His dedication to the cause has endured and inspired many. RIP.
"The objective, according to an FBI memo: to “expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize” the radical fight for Black rights - and Black power".. It wasn't going to go anywhere.. James Earl Ray played the same role as Lee Harvey Oswald.
His dream HAS been realized and the MSM is doing everything they can to strangle it to death just like they murdered him. Put the puzzle together America...😮💨😭😥😓😞
I can hardly believe Glen Frye has been gone 8 years now.😢
And Archibald Leach, Cary Grant. My all-time favorite actor.
He could be suave and debonair as on North By Northwest. Absolutely hilarious on Aresnic and Old Lace! And funny as well as romantic on Philadelphia Story and Bringing Up Baby.
I could spend days watching Carry Grant movies. Think I was born late❣️
"North by Northwest" is a great motion picture.
Rest in Peace Joyce Randolph. The last of the Honeymooners cast is gone
The respectful way in which you make these videos, and even in the way you mentioned the war museum, is something special. As we say here in Australia, I dips me lid to you (in other words, I take my hat off to you).
Bill Hayes is from the same high school as my parents. However he is over 20 years older. He lived a long life as did Joyce Randolph but both left a huge impression on society.
Aaliyah, would've been in the prime of her life tdy, and MLK, would've been in his 90s. This is so heartbreaking. Look at how much life, they missed😢😢.
Ur tributes are always loving & respectful. And the music that accompanied this, was beautiful. God bless all the souls, mentioned here tdy. Thank u.❤🕊💐🪽
Beautiful Angel loved her
I was saddened to see Joyce Randolph, I adored her on the honeymooners. They have all left us. May them and all those on this week's episode rest in everlasting peace
Aw, Bud Harrelson...I was a kid watching the Mets win the World Series. 'You Gotta Believe' was everywhere in NY! I'll never forget his scuffle with Pete Rose, how BOTHS dug outs emptied on to the field and Tom Seaver took a running dive on the pile! It was glorious!
Remember watching Ruth Ashton Taylor on KNXT when I was a kid. I was so fascinated and excited there was a woman reporting the news. A role model to a lot of little girls. May she rest in peace.
Rest in Peace Brian Barczyk 1969.- 2024. ✝✡
Alec Musser was an epitome of a fit man. So sad why someone that handsome would commit suicide. My younger brother committed suicide. It’s so sad, what a loss.
I'm sorry for your loss. My cousin killed herself many years ago. It's still a sad and sobering thought. We all wish we could've stopped her. She was a beautiful person. May they rest in peace.
I'm so sorry, I've lost several friends and family members to suicide and I know that words are empty and meaningless but I try to take comfort in that they're not hurting anymore. ❤
@@Norfolkbiker50 although it still hurts, wonderful and kind people like you aid in my comfort and healing
@@dsummerfan I was 11 years old when my uncle took his own life in 1977, the first of 13 friends and family members to do so, he was my dad's oldest brother and he never really got over it because he felt that there must've been something he could've done to change his mind. The truth is there wasn't, sadly if someone has made their mind up usually they don't tell a soul because they don't want to be talked out of it and based on my own experience if they do get thwarted they'll just try again. As I said earlier sadly the only comforting aspect of a suicide is that whatever demons they were trying to escape or however much pain they were in they're at peace now and it doesn't hurt anymore.
I just watched Brian’s goodbye video. What an awesome positive man
His cancer was diagnosed in March of 2023. Not even a year later he's gone. He really was awesome.
I had literally looked up Peter Schickele the day after Tom Smothers passed because of their short lived show in 1988. Peter performed 'little Bunny Hop Hop Hop' and I have never forgotten it. 😕
It us always sad to hear of the passing of people who contributed to our memories. May all rest in peace and comfort their family and friends. It is always the finality of their passing that is the most difficult to endure😢
The seamless integration of music and production design in your video reflects your unwavering dedication to encapsulating the spirit of both eras, resulting in a mesmerizing and emotionally charged viewing experience. *DO YOU AGREE WITH ME*
April Ferry stands out to me here, she was featured in Vogue several times with her beautiful designs, such a talent✨ we appreciate the channel as always
It is with great sadness that I announce the important news of the passing of Bill Hayes. He left a profound mark on the industry and in the hearts of those who worked with him. This loss is not only the loss of an outstanding colleague but also the loss of a friend, a guide and a great source of encouragement to all of us. We will remember him with affection and gratitude, and his spirit will live on forever in the work and friendships he built. My condolences to his family and loved ones, hoping that they will find comfort in the wonderful memories of Bill's life and work.
Rest In Peace Elmore Nickleberry. Thank you for your contributions to human rights!❤
God bless them and have mercy on those who committed suicide.
Wells did an amazing job with makeup!!
Anyone that can transform Oprah, is a true master!❤
Oprah is a beautiful woman
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Rest in Peace Bill Hayes! You will be sorely missed! I loved your song Ballad of Davy Crockett. I think of you fondly. My condolences to Susan Seaforth Hayes.
Brian, Really cared for his animals, It’s not same without him I really do miss Brian in his Volg’s.
RIP Brian Barczyk
I had a very good friend who passed away the same as Alec Musser, he pulled over on the side of the road and used a shotgun. I just don't understand how someone could hurt so much to do that, I have to believe it's mental illness and the person doesn't have control. It's very sad.
Well, in some cases you're right, and in some cases you're wrong.
You are right. Life was just too hard to bear. I lost my brother by hanging. I am still succumbed by sadness over it. Alec Musser was a handsome guy and so talented. So sad…RIP
also lost a church friend to suicide
So sad that so many people feel that they are alone and that suicide is the answer. As a person with long term depression and as someone who has had serious suicidal thoughts and actions in the past, I can understand their reasoning for ending it all. However, I always used my children and family as a reason to keep going…the thought of being selfish and ending my own pain at the expense of theirs is what kept me alive. I just couldn’t bear the thought that my selfishness in taking my own life would devastate them. RIP beautiful people, I hope you are all at peace now. 😢😘
I felt such sadness at hearing about Peter Schikele. I have his book “PDQ Bach” and it’s one of the few books I laughed out loud reading. He gave much laughter in my life…terrible puns though..lol!
So many guest stars on Seinfeld have passed away Crazy Joe Divola was one of the best characters RIP Peter Crombie 😔
6:03 It's heartbreaking they were employed by their city and still couldn't afford to retire till his late 80's. The system failed them
100% agree!
So it's the fault of the city that he never saved a dime?
@@richnoggin7524You try saving money on hand-to-mouth wages. I suspect you've never missed a meal.
@@SewardWriter no I've never missed a meal and always lived within my means. Avoid debt and don't spend more than what you make. Most of all don't blame others for your situation. That victim mindset gets you nowhere.
@@richnoggin7524 When you live hand to mouth, and the flu means eviction, your "advice" becomes an insult. You don't understand working poverty. It's not a "victim mindset". It's reality.
You are arrogant, and trying to explain territory you have never even skirted. Stop before you humiliate yourself.
Some die way too young. And for we who miss them, any age is too soon.
R.I.P Lynja (1956-2024) 😢
😢😢 I miss her videos 😭😭😭😭😢😢
RIP Reggie Wells. You were an artist, recognizing shadows and brings out the best to anyone you worked with.
Your blending techniques always amazed me.
I hope your later years treated you well.
So sad to lose so many great people. My prayers for them and those left behind.
What a striking woman Randolph was beautiful even at that age
She did age gracefully that’s for sure.
Rest in Peace 🕊️ to everyone who has passed away.
RIP to all with special thanks to Joyce Randolph for the many laughs in my youth with my dad.
Many thanks for mentioning Covid-19; a still unacknowledged factor in too many of these (especially early) deaths since at least 2019.
Factor yes, not always cause.
In the last part, I can't believe how long has gone by since some of those passed. Eight years since Alan Rickman died, that has flown by! My mother used to say as you get older time flies, and she was so right.
Norm Snead was drafted in the first round in 1961 by the Washington Redskins. Curious that you mentioned the three other teams that he played for, but not where his solid career began.
Sorry to hear about the passing of Peter Schickele. I have some of the PDQ Bach albums and the PDQ Bach biography, and they never fail to make me laugh.
Absolutely loved Bill Hayes on Days of Our Lives I was absolutely a devoted fan for all the beginning of the show solely miss the show on regular television, bless his memories he gave us, his TV wife & real life Susan Seaforth Hayes remember you & family in our prayers 😍🤩💯♥️
I met Larry Collins back in the 70's when I worked at the Palomino Club in N.Hollywood. He was not only a nice guy he was funny too. He came in a lot depending on who was guesting . He and Bob Dillan loved Bill Monroe and his Bluegrass band.
Rest in peace everyone, especially Jo-El Sonnier.
I especially loved the video he did with the Bellamy Brothers , “Chatahoula”.
Happy Heavenly Birthday, Dr. King and Aaliyah!
Thanks. ✌🏻👊🏼
I think I have that SNL book by Tom Shales around here somewhere. I read it years ago. It was very informative, for someone like me who remembers when the show hit the air. Peace to all.
PDQ Bach (1897-1742)? was one of the highlights of my years in music school, and his inventor, a bassoonist, was a brilliant man. His setting of Beethoven's fifth symphony as called by sports announcers, New Horizons in Music Appreciation, was a work of genius. RIP, Peter Schickele (1935-2024).
Happy birthday, Baby Girl!
Loved Peter Schikele, AKA P.D.Q. Bach.
May all these beautiful people, Rest in Eternal Peace always 🙏💐
When the cause of death isn’t announced, I always know why and it’s really a shame we can’t discuss it because many are deceived………

Thanks for sharing and that's sad to hear about the honeymooners. End of an era for them entirely, but all the cast members are together again
Reggie Wells was Ophras makeup man. Now there was a truly talented individual, to be able to make Ophra look good
Bill Hayes was married to Susan Seaforth Hayes.
Bill and Susan Seaforth Hayes were married for 50 years.

12:35 In addition to his encyclopedic knowledge of all types of music (He also composed for the play _Oh Calcutta_ and numerous other _avant garde_ works), he was a skillful, and surprisingly athletic physical comedian.
I remember one entrance, him swinging on a rope from the balcony in Atlanta's symphony hall and crashing into a stack of music stands. Then things turned seriously funny.
He will live as long as the concept of the pratfall is part of entertainment, and to his family, thank you for sharing that gifted man who made so many people so happy!
Who?
RIP Bud Harrelson. I was in high school in 1969 when he was one of the "Amazin' Mets" that won the 1969 World Series. Condolences to his family.
You know, I watch these to be respectful. I never knew why they started popping up on my feed. This one made me cry...
A note to remember, these young deaths might have been preventable.
RIP, MLK. The man of men. He said what need to be said in a world created by God but dominated by demons.
He was not a man of God
@@DrJ-hx7wvhe was a man of God!!!
What a smile - my cousin! Who couldn't love this guy!
Annie Nightingales death was a very sad piece of news, because she was held in such high regards. I've started crying again, because it's my Maternal Grandparents Anniversaries on January 21st and on January 28th (3 years ago from the Deadly Coronavirus Pandemic)
❤❤❤
I was fortunate enough to have caught Peter Schickele at Caltech's Beckman Auditorium in 1988. I was already a big fan by then, at 22, and was super pleased when my roommate at the time managed to get two tickets to the sold out event. As was typical of his performances, Schickele's was fashionably late. His frumpy stage manager was summarily hissed at as he trudged across the stage, not sure what to do about the headliner's tardiness. And of course a minute or two later, the good professor comes charging down the balcony, climbs over and lowers himself by rope to the aisle below, pratfalls while climbing the stairs to the stage, and begins the show.
Also noteworthy, was the release of his "On The Air" album, which he brought a vinyl copy of to the show. Holding it up from the podium to a darkened crowd to see, he drifted off his schtick like a kid with a new toy when he noticed that the album was reflecting his spotlight onto the crowd, and he set about to gleefully blind people in the audience with it. When he snapped out of it, he immediately said that the album was now on sale, INCLUDING THE ONE HE WAS HOLDING!
At that point, my roommate (Tom) wasted no time leaping over me to the aisle and began running toward the stage, all the while digging through his pockets for any cash he had on his person. As he reached the stage, the professor opened his waistcoat to reveal a belt coin changer. With the audience laughing, the professor sold the album to my roommate. (He got it autographed after the show.) A very memorable evening!
Thanks for sharing that! Just loved it 😄
The weird Canadian guy from the movie grown ups was so funny in the movie ! It's hard to believe he went out like that ! RIP young man 🙏🏾
I am from Saskatchewan. 😂😂😂
Just thinking about Bill Hayes this week. One of my favorite songs is No Other Love which he sang in the 50s. Also remember him as Doug Williams one of the best soap opera characters ever. Prayers for Susan his wife and may Bill rest in peace.
Rest in peace, Lynja 🕊

I really enjoy watching your channel. I get introduced to people who I'm familiar with as well as those I'm not familiar with. I was wondering why you didn't mention the passing of Bobby Rivers, who was one of the VJs on VH-1, as well as being an entertainment reporter on several local and cable TV stations. He also had his own talkshow, worked with Whoopi Goldberg on her radio show and had acting credits as well! He passed away in December. I just thought it was odd that he wasn't mentioned on your channel since his passing was mentioned in The New York Times, USAToday, People, and Variety.
God has a plan 4 each of us. We are not guaranteed today or promised tomorrow 🙏🏻💕
May all who passes Rest In Peace.
My condolences to their families.
Rip to them all condolences to their families 🙏🙏
