You're doing this wrong, you're supposed to put "Damning EVIDENCE" or something equally inflammatory in the title lol.
Jokes aside, I really enjoyed your analysis of this game and congratulations on a very well played game!

Well done, Sam. I think your chess spoke for itself.

My opinion. Very well played Sam. Positionally, Black has collapsed like a house of cards. Black had no counterplay, that was his main problem. This also shows why c5 - c4 needs to be considered very carefully. Black had zero counterplay, that was the main problem. Congratulations on this positional win. And you are right, the black king must be on the queenside! The short castle of Black looks horrible to me. A very instructiv game! Please share more of your game!

Does walking around or otherwise not directing attention towards the board really indicate a lack of focus? Aren't top players just memorising the position and thinking about it while walking around?

If you consider a player who is playing at a high level without much focus or apparent effort (ie walking about a lot between moves) then you might envisage a large improvement when/if focus is improved. I don't have any evidence here about Hans Neiman but people in the know are in a position to judge. Personally, my focus has been historically poor. When I was young I could not concentrate for long periods and now that I am older medical problems interfere with my focus.

Everything combined leads me to be believe there's enough circumstantial evidence to ban Hans for life. If your threshhold for labelling someone a cheater in chess is finding physical or video evidence of a cheating device being used then you're virtually never going to able to call anyone a cheater again. What else do people need here?
Virtually all super gm players before, during and after the event thinking he's a cheater. Data analysis from otb games showing suspicious play and often repeated superhuman like accuracy well beyond anyone in history. Repeated (100s of games spanning years) cheated games, many of which were money tournaments, many of which were after he was already caught twice and said he hadn't cheated since. Statistical rises well beyond any player in history but somehow an inability to explain his moves coherently. A desperation for fame that increases in a linear pattern with his improving chess ability. His chess deteriorating significantly after security increases. Arguably the greatest player ever and the most respected player alive risking his entire reputation calling him out while almost in the midst of a $80M+ deal for his chess app (you think Magnus just risked this because he's bitter?). Virtually no response whatsoever from Hans after everyone in the chess world has been throwing evidence against him. Not allowing players to speak freely without the threat of legal reprimand.
How many bright red flags do you people want before you throw the book at him? Do you have to catch your wife physically having sex with another man before you can call her a cheater because reading damning text messages and behavioural patterns isn't concrete enough? Wake up.

Magnus ain't risking anything. Nothing would have happened to him if he was wrong and he cannot be wrong legally. He said he cheated way more than two times and of course he cheated more than 2 times. When he was caught at 2020 people already knew more than 2 games he cheated on and Hans also mentioned he cheated at 2016 when he was caught. From just that there is easily more than two times he has cheated. This is the real reason why Magnus mentioned this after he talked to his lawyers because he cannot be wrong with known information at that point in time. He also sneakily threw the game at sinquefield cup just to start all of this and that's the reason he only has 84 accuracy.
Thought you were woke but you were only broke brother.
