Will you review the FanTech Helios 2 Pro? I found it by skimming the EloShapes database because I just couldn't find a small finger tip grip mouse that didn't cause me pain, and this is the one. It's a similar shape to the OP1 8K, but a bit bigger, and it supports 8K when wired.

sensor specs line up with it being a 3395 being run in low power mode, which runs the light dimmer to save battery. reduces max ips on the mouse but 500 is more than enough. on the thorn this is what the HP LP toggle does in the software. with the thorn you cant turn on LP above 1k, but the battery life and listed specs on the dav3 hyperspeed suggest that razer's implantation features going up to 4k in LP mode
This my #1 mouse of 2024. I have medium/large hands and after a few hours of getting used to the shape it feels super comfortable, played for 8 hours yesterday with no grip fatigue and was locked in the entire time. 100% worth the price and performance feels just as good as my viper v3.

Is it just me or does the curve for the thumb force it into a position and hinders thumb movement? As someone that likes ergos more that's always something that killed the ec esque mice for me, still waiting for cherry xtrfy to release their lineup but the lamzu paro probably releases way earlier xd

1000Hz polling is pretty good for most people/situations, yeah I don't think it would be worth it to spend another 30 bucks just for less battery life. Unless you really need the absolute fastest connection. I switch between my Deathadder V3 Pro @1K polling and my wired version of the Deathadder V3 at 8K polling and it's tough for me to notice a difference as a non-competitive gamer. Thumbs up!

I'm personally a big fan of PlastiX. Even on a hard cloth pad they feel great. Just switched to xraypad Jades.. They're good but I am still sold on PlastiX

Just get the r1 pro not the max is lighter and has better switches. Don’t know about Shark x3 but r1 pro is nice.

5:17 Are you sure about that ? On Razers site there is only 1 dongle you can buy and lists all models to be compatible, i have viper v2 and viper v3 pro with hyperspeed dongle. And i thought about grabbing this one cause i need something smaller for a fingertip grip. RTINGS shows pretty much same preformance as viper v3 pro when it comes to click latency, sensor, weight is also very good etc.. My other option is to sell my viper v2 pro and viper v3 pro and just go for viper SE.

Wow I seriously wiped the keris from my memory 😭this feels better in terms of coating, clicks, and shape (for me) but does have technically worse tech. I just cant imagine spending $150 on the keris

between the viper v3 pro and the atk x1 ultra which one do you think is better and worth a buy more?
I've never used the atk x1 but I got my viper v3 pro in the mail little over a week ago. My expectations were high based off reviews and it has been better than I expected. I was a bit skeptical because my da v3 pro has some weird grinding on the right click, but the viper is super solid and feels great. It's a top tier feeling mouse which it had better be for that price 🙄

Viper V3 pro is this better mouse, assuming the shape works for you. I have both, and I put the DA hyperspeed away because I like the V3 pro too much. Always wanted a mini DAV3, and would probably use it if the Viper V3 pro didn't exist.
The dynamic sens and rotation is on V3P now.

very niche but if they made a "micro" version at around 114-118 length and gave it a normal AA/AAA battery to save costs, that would be so endgame for me. i know it isn't everyone's ideal situation, but us man baby handed people have it rough :(

Top tier mice have always been expensive. When the Ouroboros came out over 10 years ago it was $150. Adjusted for inflation, that’s about $200 today. When the Logitech G7 came out in 2006, it was $80, which is around $130 today. That being said, there are so many more options today from budget brands that perform just as well.

the da v3, at least for me, is a quality mouse in hand, great coating, great clicks. but the shape. is just bad. its flat to the point there's no grip

Trying to palm grip an ergo that's too small for your hand is a one-way track towards carpal tunnel. Please get ergo mice that is appropriately sized, people!

@@boardzy takes a bit to get used to. I enable asymmetric cut off and use 9 on low, 10 on high. Just feel it makes it easier to centre the mouse after quick snaps.

@@boardzy G705 and ASUS ROG Strix Carry are probably the only two i can think of they booth way smaller than this mouse and made for gaming all the other mouses this size are made for either claw grip, fingertipgrip so not ergo or are non gaming mouses :) I would like the g705 because i think it would fit me perfecty i just dont think this mouse is worth the price the weight like u mentioned in ur review makes no sense and other obvious reasons aswell so ill just keep lurking hehe
