Yeah, but, by then it is too late..... so many innocents who have suffered. Ruyi just wants to love and be loved and that to me is the most tragic part of all
She didn't have sense enough to recognize & accept Ruyi's grace. Smh

It's the lead actress for me. Her performance through out is phenomenal, and she speaks with such poise and grace.

So why not bring that bracelet to the emperor. Like since Rui manage to fix her broken bracelet and wore it after the seeds were put out, just pretend you didn't discovered it and make a scene in front of the emperor. Pretend that it was destroyed in front of him, let the seeds be exposed in his presence, let him investigate, then connect to that NC Hui's bracelet too.
She did not destroy the bracelet,In the later plot, she personally gave the bracelet to the emperor,and told him all the queen's crimes

He knew, he found out on his own and did nothing to the queen. He made Ruyi stop wearing it saying it was old so he would replace it.
@@mobranch3678 yes but it's too late because Ruyi never got pregnant because of it and even if she did get at the later part it's kinda late. 😔
Also, after knowing he didn't do anything about the perpetrator.
Even if she did tell the emperor he would do nothing less it shames the royal name. He knew abt the empress but kept it hush-hush.
Why women in the harem are so tragic! I blame it on the corrupted system and the emperor himself! No ethical governance
This is just drama. Of course they add dramatic effect. In reality, i believe harem better than this. Harem was large institusion with strict moral and law like convent. If emperor's harem so corrupted, they will not established it in the first place.
The whole series is tragic..... does anyone actually end up with a happy life?? the plotting and sub plotting and counter plotting it is just endless.....and in the end what do they gain.... nothing. But in saying that love this series it is tragic yes but very very well done and acted.

@@kyunghi I know that is what said just in a round about way. How many died for no reason or died innocent? In some ways we as a society and world still have not learnt... How many innocent lives are ruined by lies and deception, for a lot of countries, truth has nothing to do with if your guilty or not, it is who can tell the most convincing lie or has the money to buy their way out of it.... is it that much different to way back in those times? I am not so convinced. But is a wonderful series and really enjoyed it. The acting as said was in my opinion perfect and the actors where perfectly cast for their roles they played them so very very well. Afterall any person can play a bad or nasty character, but, it takes a skilled and talented actor to play a bad person convincingly.

Emperor picked up her enuch and interrogated him and he confessed. So emperor locked her up and hadvdr give her bad medicine. Then her palace got scabies, so everyone in her palace had to leave, except one maid.
