After six years and countless court battles representing myself, I got a Guardian Ad Litem to testify that there was parental alienation on the side of my kids mom. Waiting for the custody decision now….🤞

Unfortunately, even if the courts agree they will either do nothing or even if they do something if they rule under the terms of Parental alienation that is not a diagnosable pathology so that gives the opposing party an appealable order. What did the GAL recommend? A full change of custody and child protection?

@@ParentalAlienationEndsToday no, she recommended his mother have supervised visitation with reunification counseling and a path to unsupervised time. I will say that this magistrate seems to understand parental alienation and has expressed early on that he will act if parental alienation is proven. My case is pretty extreme and has been going on for 6-7 years now. In that time I’d collected quite a bit of evidence and I also have one of my daughters, now an adult, who was alienated from me for 5 years living with me and testified against her mother. It’s been absolutely insane. I’m going to make a video series about it all and a documentary.

Probably the best overall outline of "HOW TO SOLVE" this epidemic I have heard. Well done Dorcy.

My stepson is in a high conflict parenting situation. My husband of almost 10 years (his father) is the targeted parent right now. My stepson is about to turn 17 & we are going back to court in a couple weeks for Settlement Conference. It’s been exhausting & for us seemed out of nowhere. Def parent alienation has been going on for awhile now.

Do you still think a child needs both parents when one parent is unable or unwilling to stop hurting the child?

I stopped the video at one and a half minutes to ask this question. My case is that this alienating behavior was going on for years along with other abuse,by the time my daughter did not want to see her father anymore she was truly estranged from him. There were no formal court orders, and I stopped him from seeing her. He took me to court suing me for parental alienation which I now know is typical of abusers. Anyways, my question is since he succeeded in getting visitation and accelerated the abuse so severely and he’s got my daughter completely coerced and only listening to him. I’m her custodial parent and she won’t go to school for me on my time unless the father talks her through getting up in the morning showering and getting out the door ,my daughter has a lawyer and there’s a case coming up, is there anyway I can use this to my advantage to show the alienation how should I be using this case to my advantage? Is there something that I could do or ask this lawyer to do that I’m not thinking of… and by my advantage I mean, for the sake of my daughter. She has been so severely alienated not just for me, but from herself from her home that she was raised in even from her dog, I’m not able to afford the attorney that I need for this type of case and have to try to do this on my own. Any advice for Boston would be helpful.

What do you do when the child says they will run away or hurt themselves if made to see the targeted parent?

Hi Jason- we hear that all of the time, as a matter of fact, that is usually what they say when youa re closing in on the pathology of the other parent. The other parent is coaching them to say these things. We can certainly help you push through the delusions and recover your children. My daughter said that to her mom when she was supposed to to come to my house. I’m just finding all of f this information and I believe it’s what I’m experiencing with my 4 kids. Just ordered the book Foundations and I’m finding my similarities.
