    I love this channel! I have sensitive prone skin and it's very hard to have a complete routine that doesn't irritate my skin. Usually I read a lot before purchasing any product just to make sure is suitable for my skin. That said, I found this Amazing Sunscreen that I've been using for 3 years is the Tizo 3 Facial Mineral Sunscreen I use the tinted version as it makes my skin looking mate like I've applied foundation and I've not :) so highly recommended.

    For me the best sunscreen is Mustela's Laite Solaire formulated for children with a sun protection of 50+ and without perfumes, toxic or harmful products to the environment or yourself.
    I highly recommend it, in addition, it is moisturizing, so if you suffer from sensitive skin with a tendency to be very dry, dry or mixed , this sunscreen is perfect, and does not leave you even a white or shiny skin, it is wonderful 🤩😍

In the morning isntree green tea toner & colorescience physical sunscren. At night isntree green tea serum,cerave cream, adapalene at times if i have breakouts and that's it. Once a week the ordinary lactic acid as exfoliant. Less is more for me you are indeed right.

    I personally unfortunately can't seem to find sunscreen I can use. I have sensitive skin that very easily burns or gets pimples with the wrong product. I also have sensory processing disorder and hate having stuff on my skin. And sunscreen tends to feel especially gross, not only the tacky kind of just generally the feel it leaves - gross and horrible.
    Now having watched the video, I kinda suspect I will never find sunscreen. Like, it seems chemical sunscreen reacts with my skin, and physical sunscreen makes me uncomfortable sensorily.

  • @schuyler6583
    @schuyler6583 Před rokem +1

    I get irritant contact dermatitis very easily due to my eczema and I also have allergies to a couple common ingredients in skin products, including those found in some sunscreens. For some reason, I have always been able to use Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen, even on my face, without reaction. Zinc-based sun screens with minimal ingredients also work well for me. I'll be trying the La Roche-Posay moisturizer with spf 30 in it to see how that does, since the regular face moisturizer doesn't irritate my skin at all.

    We don’t need another dermatologist when we have you, Dr Ingky❣️ I have sensitive skin and when it comes to my skincare routine: less is better. Recently I came to the conclusion that my key ingredients were: aloe vera moisturizer and centella asiatica ampoule. I use Vitamin C serum and apply the way you’ve already suggested. There’s too much of everything on the market. Serums are most confusing to me right now (HA, niacinamide, this and that). I also bought gel sunscreen - every other just feels too heavy on my face, causing breakouts. Based on your opinion, I’d love to know which serums are (or not) essential for sensitive/oily skin that wants to keep brightness, reduce pores and avoid irritation? Thanks to your advices only - I improved my skincare routine! Best regards! ✨

    • @justpotato2042
      @justpotato2042 Před 2 lety +3

      I am no professional but I can say Niacinamide is your best bet. It helps to control sebum production (reduction in clogged, enlarged pores), improve collagen production, improve skin tone (helps with hyperpigmentation), skin barrier repair, and is a potent antioxidant. I recommend Niacinamide content up to 5% to avoid irritation and achieve the best result.

    Before this I have combination skin, but now I just realize that I have sensitive skin after 2 or 3 times of breakouts. So now I'm just using:
    1. Cleanser: T3 acne care cleanser (I really suggest for those who have acne or breakouts and at the same time have sensitive skin because it is very gentle cleanser, doesn't dry my skin after cleansing, help me a lot in my acne journey and the most important is the price is very affordable around RM12.)
    2. After cleansing my face, I put T3 mycin Clindamycin lotion on acne only, but please ask doctor or pharmacist first before you buy this.
    3. Moisturizer: ceradan.
    4. Sunscreen: physical sunscreen by skin aqua sunplay ( very good for my sensitive skin)
    5. And for removing my sunscreen before ablution, I just wash my face using Cetaphil.
    * I hope this info will help those who have sensitive skin and at the same time struggling with skin breakouts like me, and the most important thing are don't give up, keep positive, get knowledge about your skin, get enough sleep, take care your diet, and drink enough mineral water.

    Before I get Rosacea, my dermatologist prescribed Azelaic Acid moisturiser for me for my pores which felt really good on my skin but I continued using it for over 2 years every single day. Then when I stopped, dryness, redness and the irritation started! I’m not really sure if that was the problem or the few times I used retinol! So annoying that I don’t really know the cause of my Rosacea! So I’ve become skeptical about using azelaic acid and i’m kinda sure my skin won’t tolerate it!

CZcamsrs with perfect skin using vitamin c and exfoliants etc also say they have sensitive skin. I , like some people, can't even use most sunscreen, even mineral spf burns. At my worse I can't even wash my face without stinging. Not saying poor me but just wish people are more considerate and not throw the word "sensitive " around so mindlessly

I have tried lots of moisturizer when my skin super smooth, like belif, nivea, tatcha etc. But omg i think i am going to stick to Hada Labo for a while. I am using Hada Labo Tamagohada lotion and moisturiser (smells like rotten egg but texture is super awesome, makes my skin glowing) and local product SAFI Naturals anti-acne cleanser (only 3 skincare). On and off casual facial mask. Nixoderm ointment to exterminate stubborn acne. Now i am almost 99% acne free, i can plan to continue facial spa to deal with whitehead (i stopped going facial spa for almost 8 months just to deal with acne, i feel facial spa is good for maintaining texture and skin tone, not treat acne).

      I have similar issue. I have swollen eyes, the skin around my eyes are super dry and flaky. It’s itching like crazy. I thought it was some pollen allergy or whatever, went to the doc, he prescribed allergy pills, that helped not only with the eyes but also with my acne. I was doing just fine after that. But the problem is back and idk what is causing it. 🥺
