  • Egypt - the gift of the Nile, a gem amongst the desert, an ancient culture that other civilisations would come to covet.
From a time before time was first measured, humankind has pondered the question of God. As the image of that god formed in their mind, they fashioned it in wood, paint and stone and housed it in holy places. The ancient world was populated with gods beyond counting. Today, just one God dominates the world of believers. Where have the old gods gone? Our quest is to peel away the layers of time to examine the civilizations that brought the gods to power and honoured them with art and architecture and to discover the ultimate fate of the Lost Gods.

It doesn’t bother me. On the contrary, I think that it’s a clever way of illustrating what might happen when one dies. Maybe this is how the soul ‘sees’ before leaving, like one last look. Who knows? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Do you even know who Heradotus is? A Greek historian said to be the father of history. He once visited egypt and was told his mind is but a childs mind. That all around him were not mature minds. There is no greek perspective in the Egyptian columns other way around pal.

17:55 This is a misrepresentation of how they praised a specific deity. ‘You’re the one, there’s no other beside you’ is not a declaration of monotheism. It’s a declaration of love. Think of it; when you’re speaking to your human lover, don’t you say that she is your sun, the only one? Don’t you feel that there’s no other? That doesn’t mean to say you believe that there are no other women.
The power- grabbing Akhenaten-ism distanced ‘god’ from humankind, took it from the hearts of people and plonked it in the sky. It turned a love affair into commerce (I give you praises, you give me blessings). It doesn’t work like that- what? Who can schmooze god? Who can use god?
You still don’t believe me? Read your bloody ‘holy scriptures’! Doesn’t your monster in the sky say that he is a ‘jealous god’? Song of Songs?… No? It still doesn’t compute?

Wonderful video, except for the fact that as a Kemetic practitioner (Kemet being the original name for Egypt prior to Greek colonization), it is not correct that they were polytheistic. All of the so called “gods” were aspects of a single God. There is no pantheon and is a common misinterpretation of foreigners. In our community we often say “Egyptologist” is code word for misinformer. Hell, most people don’t even Egypt is in Africa. 🙃

The Archaeologists/Egyptologists are largely Mainstream Darwinian Theory Ideaologists (19th Century Theory) they hold as fact.
They are the Myth Makers, attempting to fit everything into their Linear Paradigm.
They do not follow the Standards of Science and Research.
Countless examples of their being inaccurate.

  • @bethbartlett5692

Do these guys even check the History? Sumer, Egypt, Greece and Rome, had same gods, just different names.
I wager the 3 pyramids at Giza were built prior to the others. They copied them best they could and maybe 3 were tombs but never the Great Pyramid. It is an Energy Machine and it has been proven to date to at least 3500 BCE and that predates Kufu.
I believe it is more in line with the age of the Sphynx, circa 11,500 BCE. (Professor of GeoPhysics at Boston University, a Yale grad, Robert Schoch, PhD, dated the Sphynix) Peer Journal Revièwed.

Not really. What other culture has had anything even remotely similar to Maat? Don’t you dare to say Christianity with its mix-and-match jesus casserole of stolen spiritual goods. ‘I am the Truth’. No shit, mate 🙄😡
Two are the primordial Ones- Maat and Apep. (By the way, someone tell those idiots who believe themselves to be wise with their ‘Ordo ab chao’ that they fcked up spectacularly and that their edifices will fall down on their heads. Bloody ‘architects’! I wouldn’t trust them to build a chicken pen).
Maat is above Her consort Apep whom the chaotic ape mind has introduced in existence. Maat. The quintessential Divine. The immutable Order. Everybody has scorned Her, seeing Her in Her depictions as a fragile woman. That’s why any civilisation not built on and aligned with Maat will crumble.

Odd statement @2:50ish that man created their gods when they transited from hunter/gatherers to farmers. Man believed in gods as hunters as well but had no cities to display them in pictures or statues. Hence we have very small means to study the gods of hunter/gatherer culture, but in agricultural culture the manifestations of the religion are gathered in abundance. To claim that the hunter egyptians didn't have gods is as stupid as claiming Abraham, Isak an Jacob didn't have a God since they were nomadic.

23:40 That’s not why they failed. Any body has only one head.
There’s a saying in Romanian language which goes something like this ‘The fish gets rotten from the head’. If you have rotten ‘leaders’ the whole body of society gets ill. Which has very much been the case- societies in which the many heads argue with each other whilst the body rots. A leg wants to move south, the other, north; one eye covets this, the other eye covets that; one hand fights the other. No? What do your unholy books say? Jesus (aka the churches or whatever you call them) is the head. No wonder the world is as it is. ‘Oh, but this is not democracy!’ Democracy! 🙄 Deceiving nonsense for the mobs that must be somehow appeased by the illusion that they have power. Cynicism at its finest.
