I absolutely love your videos! I like the fact that you are not a one-trick pony. You catfish, you crappie fish, you bass fish and you even catch shad!. Your love for fishing comes out of every pore of your body. When you get excited and give us that "wooooo", I picture myself doing it on the water and then looking around to see if anybody saw it. LOL. Your catch phrases like "let's let eem go" stick with me and now I am saying that. LOL This video was hilarious and you need to take her fishing more often! I met my fiance nearly 3 years ago and her dad was a commercial fisherman so all she knew about fishing were hoop Nets and 2000 pounds of catfish and carp. 3 years ago I took her out with a bobber and a wax worm and she had a blast catching bluegill. She accidentally caught a crappie and her brain exploded. We left the lake and went to buy some minnows and caught crappie the entire day and then she accidentally caught a bass. Her brain exploded again. Being a bass fisherman I gave her one of my baitcasters and a chartreuse spinnerbait and gave her a quick rundown on how a baitcaster worked. About 20 minutes and one or two birds nests later she was casting with pinpoint accuracy as well as I could. She is the best fishing partner a guy could ask for and she loves it just as much as you and I. That's why I'm marrying her in January. Thanks again for your videos and I hope to be in a boat with you someday mr. Richard!

Went fishing with my dad and my son a few weeks ago, caught some crappie and sandbass out of the creek and gave em all away to an older couple who hadn't done much. They got dinner on us. Great to see someone else with that same tradition. Love your channel Richard Gene.

My family of six, was busy. My full time job, Becky's part time job, 4 kids active with academic meets, baseball, football, track, basketball, soccer cheerleading, and church activities, kept us on the go constantly. But every weekend we went fishing and got away from the pressures of everyday life. Go fishing when you can Cause it's Gooooood Fer Ya!.

I hope you get a chance to go out with him again . That was a nice catfish record there and very nice gesture to share food with other people. I've noticed that in this world we tend to disagree on a lot of things but people with the light mind seemed to agree upon a lot of things Of common interest. I noticed that Anglers when they fish they are very hospitable and they share their fish I noticed that cigar smokers they share their stogies we should all get along like that regardless of whatever the topic.
