See if the Apple Watch has a medical ID set up, you can activate it by holding the power button (the one that isn’t the rotating crown). If it’s set up it lists their name and contacts if they added them.

The alien fish is not a fish at all. Its an aquatic insect, nymph form of a damsel or dragon fly. They have the distinct 3 prong tail and swim with a vertical motion such as dolphins. Fish normally swim with a horizontal motion.
