Here is a quick video to show you that the Spirit Pack Lights board is really three boards in one and they can be broken apart along the cut lines.
It is easier than it appears here - I was reaching around the camera and apparently didn't eat my Wheaties this morning...
If you use tools to help yourself brake these apart, I like a small crescent wrench. Be sure not to use a tool that will apply pressure to any component - just a flat surfaces on a portion of the circuit board that is also flat and free of parts should be fine.
