NF is that dope, but more importantly he’s that unique… ain’t no one rapping about the shit he raps about and it’s beautiful, he’s so relatable cuz he admits his faults and talks about his demons… doesn’t try to make himself seem invincible or acting like he never makes mistakes, doesn’t need to rap about drugs or talk about women like they’re objects either the way the majority of the industry does.. he’s carved out his own lane and it’s why his fan base is so diehard

My top 3: destiny, change, i miss the days. NF has probably mastered the widest range of cadences and styles of any artist I've ever heard. I think the simplest way to view some of that is the clouds mixtape. But you cant really go wrong with any of it.

30 days baby!! May 12 is the day I've waited 10 yrs for!! Get to c my man live in concert! WOO-HOO!! LOL
NF is the most layered individual i kno of musically. He's got depths upon depths of talent. I relate so well wth him mentally. Depr, anxiety, etc. Led me dwn a path of isolation for past 17 yrs. Jst me & my 2 cats. I literally giv credit to 4 individuals who r the reason im still here(jury still out on whethr thats a good thing or not lol). But they found a way to me whn i needed them most & they've bn there daily for last 10 yrs. They r NF, Jelly Roll(who i c in oct), Tom Macdonald, & Dax(last 4 yrs).
As far as NF songs, my personal fav's r Mansion, All i have, Therapy Session, Outcast, Paralyzed. As ur nxt song, (sorry, i forgot which ones u've already reacted too), i wld do intro1 then all the other intros & outros. I think they reveal so much about him. Heck, u jst cant go wrong wth any!

2023 Updated NF Journey List
🎶 This is for anyone new who may want to take the NF journey as we call it because he intertwines his music like marvel movies. All of his albums are like a connected series.
He also hides eggs in his videos which he co-directs and co-produces.
For example in his “When I Grow Up” song there were four hidden eggs in that song: 1. A black balloon by the trash cans (black balloon represents his burdens per search single) 2 In the burger joint he grabbed at receipt that had the date and time of when his song time was being released. 3. He had outcast written on his name tag in the janitor scene which references his Outcast song. 4. He had his moments album CD in car scene
Another example is in the search song he had cage in background he rapped in from his outcast song. Search single also connects to Hope. In Hope he has the “map to hope”.
The black smile you will see painted on his mouth is explained in his therapy session song.

Since you asked, I’ll give a few songs that I think will give you a decent wide view of some different sides that Nate has “Only” (introspective, encouraging, make you look in the mirror) “Real” (talks his shit, being competitive and braggadocios) and “Therapy Session” (talks about things he’s dealing with and the kind of shit he sees and hears from fans about their struggles, explains why he does music)
That’s 3.. lol just so you know though I think most NF fans will have a hard time only giving you a top 5.. more like top 25 honestly 😂.. NF fans are fiercely loyal and they really fuck with him.. like all the way lol.
Another 3 so you can hear him really go crazy are “Trust” with Tech9. “Clouds”, and “Lost” with Hopsin. Lost and Trust are only two songs that he has a feature I would recommend since you did the one with Cordae.. I like how he doesn’t do many features honestly, but I think it’s mostly cuz he’s so ocd, and a perfectionist/ control freak that he probably has a hard time or gets too stressed with them honestly.
Ok and I gotta suggest 2 more and I’m done I promise… these will give you a chance to understand who he is and why he is like this, he tells you more about his crazy ass childhood ( but won’t bring you to tears either). They’re “Mansion” and “Notepad”, for me those are best two from his first album which is also called Mansion. He was still very raw but those two he really nailed despite being so green.

Awesome!! NEXT……REAL .. then TRUST with Tech N9ne….Intro I. Those are bar heavy, spitting, wicked beat hype tracks. On the flipside, I would suggest doing a doubleheader of Mansion and then Intro III. I also suggest hitting his back catalogue before you get into his whole album. Otherwise it won’t have as much of the impact. Hope that helps and I’m really excited to see these reactions. 🙏🤘❤️🇨🇦
Speaking of layers 😂. If you haven’t heard of Upchurch yet I think you might like his music. He does rap, rock and country. I’d recommend his songs “leave me alone” “pioneer” “watts” “no effort remix”. But in my opinion even his bad songs are good enough to listen to multiple times.

I believe he was talking about going back in time when he went from home to home his mom was an a d d ict and passed. Listen to “how could you leave us” when he was still bitter and then “mama” bc he is healed now. He cries when he sings it watch the live of him crying during mama and the video for how could you leave us. His step father was a b u sive. Man listen mansion. I promise you will lose it. It’s about his life and it’s so deep and well written.
