Do a search on CZcams and you can find a DIY Steering Stabilizer video. It doesn't need to be as expensive as it is. You are paying for the brackets. The actual stabilizer is a universal motorcycle stabilizer that you can get got cheap. I have it installed but I used the DIY video and got the whole thing for well under $100.
I broke my brackets on mine lifting the clamshell. I can definitely tell the difference not having it! Ordering new brackets, must have the steering stabalizer!
