I was seriously considering the turbo at one point. Guess I’m glad I just stuck to my upgraded header and intake. Also, if you’re ever having issues with oil leaking from your cold air intake… Don’t freak out. I was flipping out recently thinking my seals were blown, turns out it’s just the stupid PCM blow off valve. Treal Performance makes an oil air separator catch can that mounts below the header to the bolt that holds your starter. It catches all of that nasty shit and prevents it from re-entering your intake system. You just have to remember to drain it once in a while. It has a valve on the bottom. In terms of gas mileage. Just set one of your trips and burn through a whole tank of gas to see how far you can get. That’s the best way to keep track of your fuel. I agree that the fuel gauge is absolutely useless. You should be able to get at least 130+ miles off of one tank. That is if you have it filled to the very top. Most pumps will usually shut off when you can still fit another 0.9 gallons in there.
Glad your back on the road. Can't wait to see what your gonna do to your bike. Your right just get a tune and a pedal commander or pedal box and you should be fine without the turbo.
Have you had that issue yet when you're turning like right or left and kind of a sweeping corner that the ABS and traction control start acting up. if you've had that issue and fixed it would you tell us how you did it it seems like just about everybody at some point has it and mine has started doing it but I don't know exactly what the true fix is. Glad to see you got your bike back
I’ve had that issue. Originally the dealer bullshitted me that the yaw sensor was bad. Started doing the “abs shake” again a month later. Turns out it was an alignment issue. Haven’t had it shaking on me since I had it done. Basically, if that steering angle is even slightly off, the whole vss system starts wigging out thinking you’re about to wreck.
Hey Ryker riders, PLEASE be careful as I just found this out and it is quite disturbing. Did you know that you can start your Rikers with just a regular magnet that you can get from your refrigerator or any other magnet put it on the ball joint and your bike will start.? 😮😮😮 Can Am should distribute keyless systems for every single purchase made because of this reason. If your bike is not locked with your key, then anyone can walk up to it, put a magnet on the ball joint and go.
I was wondering what was going on with these turbo rykers, sounds like they blow up. the compression ratio is to high on these motors to run any sort of decent boost on them. better off building the motor for boost. Check out what AD HOC Performance is doing with his Rykers.. crazy stuff.
You should definitely put the turbo back on while you still have a warranty for two reasons, 1 you can see if it’s the turbo causing the issue with you engine even tho you say it had nothing to do with it, 2 if your warranty runs out and it really was the turbo causing the issue then you fucked.

What battery do you use? You’re not still with stock are you? And I have a 2023 and the gas isn’t good at all!

Well if you’re sure about the turbo not causing the damage , why not leave it on , smdh
