      Because if you break one of those off in the bolt you’re next step is pretty much a welder. You won’t drill that back out unless you wanna go through 100 bits and be there for 2 days

    My experience with broken bolts are the small ones. 3/8 and smaller. It's tough to drill a hole in a small bolt and use a Easy-out.

      It is, almost not enough bite to surface area. I’ve hammered in torx bits and been able to it like that, since fasteners that small “shouldn’t be” that tight it works. I quote shouldn’t be, but idiots with impacts never learned a torque spec.

    everyone watch the very begging of the video , he tightens the bolt and breaks it off, the socket spins clockwise when it snaps off , not a a seized bolt ,

      They cut the bolt 3/4 of the way through, then when it bottomed out the torque snapped the remaining section off, inside the hole. You can see the cut off disc marks it on “broken” bolt face. Not the fakest of demonstration videos, by far, but no it’s not a 20 year old bimetal seized fastener either. 5/10 for integrity.

    Try with a real stuck one that you broke, preferably the exhaust studs, and see if it goes this smoothly.. 😂

    Yep, just snapped off the removal tool. Blee thru 30 bits drilling it then the engine block flange snapped when i used another one. That git the bolt out anyway. Damn 2011 Ford Fusion Belt Tensioner Bolt.

    I have the same extractor set. I used my impact and it broke the bit inside the bolt. I ended up having to use a hackzall and cut the bolt off. Which made it 10x more harder

    Show us a real stuck and broken bolt. This one has been cut first. Than you took the head off when tightening it with your impact.

    Sawed off screws are easier to get out with a needle size extractor than would be a genuinely snapped ones of that diameter. FAKE

      Looks like they cut the bolt 75% with an angle grinder. Installed the bolt, then rattled the head off... definitely not a seized bolt.
