Very interesting to watch, you must have a good nose and taste buds for that job! Had to make coffee (perked or instant) for my parents growing up and I didn't like the taste. Started to drink black coffee with sugar about 15 yrs ago. Don't like T.H. coffee at all, very bitter, but I found 1 Columbian roast (was sold at Jug City but no longer) that was so good I could re-heat it and even drink it cold. Now I'm back trying to figure out another store bought brand of take-out! I use a Columbian dark roast in my Keurig but it's not the same.
