    To begin, inhale, lift your knee and bring both hands back and grab your straps for TRX Dancers Pose.
    1️⃣ Vinyasa: TRX Plank, TRX Chaturanga, TRX Baby Cobra, TRX Plank
    2️⃣ TRX Twisted High Lunge
    3️⃣ Vinyasa
    4️⃣ TRX Revolved Crescent Lunge (or TRX High Lunge with Prayers Twist)
    5️⃣ Vinyasa ➡️ TRX Plank (end: bring your foot to the front and stand).
    👉 TRX Tip: Straps mid-calf, single handle mode (or place one foot in both foot cradles), stand facing away from the anchor point.
