And considering how well Titanfall 2 and Rainbow Six Siege have done, and enough interest in the franchise to justify a cruddy live-action, there's definitely a place in the market for a GITS inspired tactical twitch shooter with spider tanks.

The idea and setting for the game are amazing, as well as the art and graphic design, and ESPECIALLY the music. They should kickstarter for a full game based on this. Imagine if Mirrors Edge was this game instead...
This mod is great, it's pretty hard to jump into the game as well but once you get a hang of it the mod is really good and balanced. The 3 classes recon, assault and support all have pros and cons and the ghost makes the game more interesting cuz you need to communicate with your team if you have the ghost to tell them enemy locations with it.

2019 now and NT is being ported into new engine by an user and still has a loyal community that gets together weekends to play. It's a miracle.

That robot torso is the main objective of the game, it also gives you a special power-up while you are holding it.
