Annual Condensing Boiler Service Inspection | Thermona

A regular service is required to ensure the safe and proper function of gas boilers. The service technician has to perform a complete maintenance of the condensing body during the regular annual inspection. The heat exchanger between the pipe bottoms has to be cleaned. It is recommended to rinse the pipe bottoms with water.
Other tasks include checking the water pressure in the heating system. The pressure is displayed in the information menu of the boiler, or by looking at the analogue pressure gauge. If needed, the system pressure needs to be adjusted! However, it is required to check the sludge trap prior to the pressure adjustment and clean it, if required. If the sludge trap is combined with a regular filter, you can pull out the filter by unscrewing the cover and rinse and clean it.
Then, add water to the heating system and pressurize it. Then, check the condition and function of the relief valve at the back of the pump. Also, the tightness of all water pipe joints needs to be checked. It is also important to check the tightness of the whole gas part.
The pressure in the expansion vessel is also checked during the annual inspection. Combustion check and adjustment is an important part of the regular condensing boiler service inspection. The quality of combustion has an effect on the efficiency and stability of burning and overall service life of the boiler.
The last task is to check the register of failures to see what has been going on in the boiler! There might have been an error that could affect other functions of the boiler.
The service technician records the annual inspection in the operating and installation manual. There is a chart at the back of the manual for recording the annual inspection and the technician also gives a repair report to the customer.

Pošlite mi takéhoto technika,už u mňa boli traja, vždy iný.Šup, šup 50 euro a už ho nebolo .Normálneho- seriozneho technika nájsť,to ako ihlu v kope sena.

Dobrý den, pokud byste zveřejnili další podobné video s detailem nejdůležitějších činností, troufnu si už tu servisní prohlídku kotle provést sám! Mám samé nepříliš dobré zkušenosti s plynaři a to už přes 30 let.
