ORANGE CRANBERRY CHRISTMAS CAKE | Moist & Eggless

ORANGE CRANBERRY CHRISTMAS CAKE is by far the most moist and delicious tea cake I’ve made. Can’t believe it is eggless! You GOT TO try this!
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup castor sugar
1/2 + 1/8 cup yoghurt
1/4 tsp orange extract
1 tbsp orange zest
1.5 tbsp coconut / olive oil
2 tbsp orange juice
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 1/3 cup maida
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Orange glaze-
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp orange juice
Bake at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes or till done.
