Chicago resident, and lifelong Blackhawks fan. In my humble opinion, Larmer is one of the best Hawks players all time. I think he is in 5th place on the Hawks all time scoring list. They should retire his jersey!
Larmer should be in the Hall of Fame! Love how the Chicago fans erupted when he scored on Eddie Belfour! Rangers last ever visit to the old barn, the Madhouse on Madison Chicago Stadium, and they went out with a bang! Larmer went on to finally win that elusive Stanley Cup that season with New York!
Freakishly durable (didnt miss a game for like....a decade) 30 to 40+ goals every year. A very good defensive forward. 441 goals in just a little over 1000 games. Retired at 33 and looked like he had enough in the tank to hit 500
