Cardconnect Does not listen to consent or value business partners. Representatives state there is no contract when it works in their favor and then declare that continued account usage means they can make up rules as they go. If you're a small business that can't afford to be charged for services you don't use, then this isn't the processor for you to use. And note, if you stop using it, you have to request and wait 12 days for a cancelation form, or they will continue taking your money and charging you extra fees.
