I was dating a woman who had already divorced twice, one of which was the baby daddy, and he was paying child support to basically hardly see the kid. She actually had the nerve to make it seem like I know nothing about marriage because I've never experienced it yet. I pointed out to her apparently she doesn't know anything about marriage either since she was divorced twice already. That comment changed the entire relationship and in hindsight, glad I was honest.

Here's the problem with this thinking. If you find a good woman who has been raised to see marriage as it is meant to be (UNTIL DEATH), of course, she'll be bothered by the idea of a prenuptial agreement. It's a clear sign that there isn't full trust in the other individual.
Now I'm well aware that a good woman is like finding a needle in the haystack nowadays. But if you're that convinced that a prenup is needed, might I suggest you forgo marriage altogether. Or do the ceremony and make a vow before God WITHOUT signing a government document. It is better to be without the government involved rather than relying on another government contract to try to save you from a mistake.

@@francoblu9498 Shes not a good woman who wants a marriage till death if she gets upset about a prenup. If she was a good woman, She wouldn't care about the prenup because it would never be used at that point.
No woman is a good woman if they believe prenup is a bad thing and the person who initiates divorces 75% of the time are women.
If a guy wants to marry a woman, that means they trust them, if they didn't trust them they wouldn't marry them, the problem is women like to break trust so easily. Just think of prenup as part of the marriage contract and not as "the thing that says someone doesn't trust them" because only the untrustworthy would be upset with prenup.
What does a guy gain from divorce? Why would he marry someone who makes nothing just to divorce them later?

    • @francoblu9498
      @francoblu9498 Před rokem +1

@Jayy You do realize that prenups are additional documents to a government involved marriage, right? They have no standing otherwise.
If you're only making a vow before God, which was one of my suggestions, a prenup wouldn't be recognized as binding. But you also wouldn't have the government in your pockets. Win/win.
Edit, to add an analogy to further my point. Prenups are like women learning self-defense. It'll make you feel safe unless you come across men who truly wish to do you harm. The men in this analogy are "progressive" states. Know where you are. If you see they recognize common law, say no to marriage in any form.

If we're gonna get married,... you should know that I'm traditional up to the day we take those vows. Because there is going to be 2 pieces of paper darlin. A marriage certificate,....and a prenup. So you should think on that awhile. You may not want my protection, resources, time, and attention if you may have to leave with what you came with. Nothing. So let that truly sink in sweetheart". First week I gave it to her she comes back a few hours later and she is all excited and says “look what I got!”…she then proceeds to show me towels that she bought for the house!!! Obv she was a great lady so I had to explain to her that this is for you not for household expenses etc. She said she understood perfectly but that’s what she wanted!!! Who was I to argue. It isnt just about protecting the one with the most assets, it can be about what ever you two decide as parters. In my opinion, its very much needed. All sorted out, not in case of a divorce(although it covers that as well) but in terms of the relationship. Sit down with youre partner and decide together what should be put in there and sign it together, with both of youre lawyers and let it be. Don’t prenups also help when death is involved? Since it’s marriage related, the prenups can also help divide assets and what not. Correct me if I’m wrong though. I’d mainly do a prenup for that reason alone, not for divorce purposes.

😂😂😂😂😂 wow it's scary how doing wrong is praised, but staying true to someone and having honest intentions is frowned on.
Step one if you are a God Fearing man perhaps really get to know a God Fearing woman.
    Step 2 Build a friendship.
Step 3 Let friendship blossom over the years as you live and experience that special person.
If she has honor, courage, and commitment to making you happy and adds value to your life, and as a man you realize you shouldn't let her get away because of your investment into the relationship... then 👰.
Why have marriages if there is no trust anyways.
I mean if you actually took a couple years to get to know someone you'll find out whether or not they have HO tendencies and won't run off with the next bigger bag😂. Taking time is a horrible thing for the right now minded.

But please be aware... ((NO JUDGE IS OBLIGATED TO HONOR YOUR PRE-NUP!!!)) There's always LOOPHOLES to every law and women KNOW how to jump through them. If they don't know, their lawyers will inform them.
All a woman gotta do is stand in front of the judge with some tight clothes on - CRYING, WAILING & MOANING about how you're kicking her into the street, and how she ((DIDN'T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS SIGNING)) - and there's Loophole #1!! Women are FAVORED by the courts, so they can give almost ANY excuse and they will get whatever they want. So that excuse alone can invalidate your pre-nup!! She can say you FORCED her to sign it, she was AFRAID that if she didn't - something would happen... there's a TON of excuses to invalidate your pre-nup!!
Then if you show up with a FOREIGN bride - you're REALLY fuqqed!! Because NOW they can use - NOT ONLY the excuses above, but also the excuse that ((SHE DOESN'T CPEAK ENGLISH WELL) - So now you look like a pervy trafficker - preying on foreign women who can't even speak the language - especially if she's way younger than you. BE SMART MEN... DON'T GET MARRIED IN USA!!!!!
If you want a wife & family - GO LIVE IN A COUNTRY WITH LAWS FAVORABLE TO MEN.... OR YOU'RE FUQQED!!! Go look up people with Pre-Nups who still had to PAY.. Dr. Dre is ONE of them - She got that Brotha for HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS!!!! I'm telling you..
