Your shop is cleaner than a hospital. 😯
only after he tidys up 😂
He is the doctor...👨⚕️
Thats cuz all it ever does is house tools and parts.
Thats not a shop just a pretty hole in the wall to fool you guys and sell some tools.
@@Fatpumpumlovah2 It does look fake. Something new in the same empty storage.
Mine is a landfill or a active warzone lol
Hi! Good job! Thank you!
Very important: if it is possible ALWAYS, I repeat ALWAYS put the screws from the top down and washers and nuts from the bottom up! This is because of the vibrations. The screw connections are very good friends when mounted properly but worst enemy if they don't. So, the nuts and bolts always have tend to loosen due to vibration. If the bolt is mounted from bottom up it will fall down because of gravity and you loose the connection. The result could be... I don't even want to think about it...
Otherwise if the nut falls down the screw will stay and you will have loose connection but you WILL HAVE connection. You will hear that something is wrong and fix it.
Believe my 50+ years of experience 🙂
...but so you find out about the "loose" connection ^^
@@bojanmajic Izgleda da ne razumem odgovor. Ako može objašnjenje 🙂
This project is underpowered considering the insane work you put in the build, but great job!
This My1020 motor can handle twice what you're using (6kw) easy, but considering the weight, you would need to spend $1500+ on 2 tandem motors, lithium 72-92v's, and 10kw+ controller to compete with gas engines. Actually you could smoke gas engines because of the electric torque.
Even more power, not as much than mine but ~30kw peak
I used the same motor, same speed controller "minor alterations", I built a lifepo4 72v 12ah pack, built the cart from scrap steel and a 100$ welder, put good 10" tires on it, with a 3.33 gear ratio, same exact 428 chain as video. I reached 82 mph.
where did you buy the motor?
@@kuba5680 Amazon
@@pmp13drc13 and where did you get the battery from?
I have a feeling he wasn’t using a 72v pack or it wasn’t lithium probably still waiting on his final battery you should be able to hit well over 70mph he was barely going 40
@brysoncartmell8536 70? Umm not with that motor and controller
Great work, Just a tip for the cornering on karts, they don't have differentials so if you lean into corners the inside tire will scrub causing you to go slower, so if you want to go faster lean outwards of the corner so that your inside wheel lifts up.
my right ear is loving this....
Now this is how all how to videos, should be made, we should have a choice, talking or no talking, think you, Job well done 😎
So nice to see someone clean their machine before going to work on it.
CZcams should really make a mono button for videos like these
A Dr. Keeps everything nice and clean.. you make everything you do look so easy. . Wish I had your talent. I've attempted diy homemade builds alot in the past. Only a couple came o ut right lol ,my chainsaw bike was a good one ...
Okay... now how about a list of links to the supplier of the parts used in this build, so we--the audience--can build something of our own powered by this combination?😕
Don't listen to the haters/gonna hate, Phenomenal job!
the new motor sprocket one looked better but it meshed so much nicer
Very nice soldering techniques at the battery terminals. Well done.
there was a plug he just did not want to use. Should NOT have soldered like he did.
All that hardware in one bucket
😂 have a good time dude
Nice build and video!! I just used same motor on a mini-atv build, and it hits the ground today 😁 GoKart is next!
Absoluter Werbefilm...😮
You need a pressurewasher and a ultrasonic parts cleaner 😊don't forget the sandblaster 🎉
Love this! Did similar build on eATV but the mishaps and delays leveled me! I finally replaced motor kit and back in action. How did your build hold up, kart is next on my list 😃
whatttt!!!!!!! i watched this video, great build. but you gotta drive it like you have a liscense, because it doesnt look like you do
This is not about changing to electric, its about making. A place for ads for the tool company!
Loved everything except for the wire management and the fact that you soldered into the battery terminals instead of just getting a compatible connector, which would make it removable and able to be charged easier.
and where are FUSEs? Imagine any accident, it will explode like a bomb
right ear sound, SOOOO NICE
Excellence. Major attention to details. You must have awesome mentors.
That was an amazing... tool commercial.
Any why you could Gadd the links the electric kit you used on the go kart? Been wanting to do this but don’t know what kit to get
All that amazing craftsmanship, to be let down by a puny motor.
Parabéns 👏 que limpeza e organização
Este o încântare sa te privesc. Magic! Super scule!
Hey mate, great video!
I converted a kart into an electric one myself too, but my reverse and 3 gear switch doesn’t work properly. Do you have any sort of wiring manual? I switched the direction of the motor running (because of building reasons), could this be an issue with the functions not working?
You could at a heatsink to the motor.
Seems odd to have a one hour infomercial for a Slovenian tool company posing as a 'build' video, but whatever...🤷♂
What’s the the top speed
You should make and sell a course on how to do this, u will make banks. I would definitely buy the course.
Dude you just became like one of my biggest heroes did you are awesome
I noticed that my 72v motor lacks the fan inside seen in many videos. Do you have issues with over heating destroying the motor? I'm mounting a fan below and drilling the holes up in order to at least get some airflow. What have you done?
That's a clean Garage ... I like it
Lov the way you work man. All in order!
i wonder what tools were used? i dont think it was mentioned at all 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Glad I landed on your cannel! Awesome Job and j00 got some talent! Keep doin what u do! LOL ... I did the same with the paint remover, does wonders but what a mess!
Speed is about right for an 8 year old. As is it would not be that much fun for me.
How do you know how many percent of battery you have left? maybe fix a Battery Capacity Meter?🔋
But otherwise it turned out really nice. good work!! 😉👍
You'll want about 15,000 watts for this type of project
Que buenos videos amigo!!!! Felicitaciones!!!
Evo i moje price ako kog zanima popratite 😋🇭🇷👌
Wow! You did it beautifully!! Can you please tell me what motor you used?😅
I’d like to see updated video dual motors lol that be sick
Use a 6” diameter forklift motor. Get rid of the riff raff .
That’s what I have lol
@@Kevin.OBrien44 , yea you did it right and you used a good size. I have one that’s about 4 inches longer than the one you have and it’s a beast. I was going to run mine at 123vdc off a Curtis controller. But unfortunately I never finished it. If you want to run your motor at higher voltage. You can advance your brushes. Anyway nice care chief!
@@normellow yeah mines 80v and it’s kinda too low
@@Kevin.OBrien44 Coat the entire brush holder in heavy varnish to prevent plasma arcs ! Once you get over 90vdc , you’ll notice your wrist watch will become slower. That’s because your bending the space time continuum!
@@normellow lol yeah idk if I’ll upgrade my kart or just build a whole new one in a few years probably an ac system
Those are great little motors. I did an exhaustive video series on these as well. Nice job!
Excellent!!!! Clean workmanship professional job and drives very well I will subscribe good video
switching left and right audio channels the whole time, having music on one and the actual sound on the other, is quite annoying if you have a headset on... besides that, great video
I didn't see you spray oil on your brake rotor did I? 😬 Right around 39:48.
You need more than eye protection when dealing with death wheels. Luckily you aren't a fool who takes the shield off.
it is better, what i seen in start 2023
You should put dynamos in the wheel hubs
Nice job!🎉
You think this motor would push a easy go golf cart ? Or maybe 2.of them?
Good Job! for more speed (80-90 kmh) you need a bigger motor plate...
Cool Build but very slow and not enough battery range - I endurance race a KA100 and we are hitting 85mph on some of the road race courses and the races last from 45 minutes. Very nice build.
Hi, I would like to know what cleaning fluid you are using to make the parts shine like new, thanks
The amount advertisement is a bit on the nose, don't you think?
Really distracts from the amazing project after the 20th time ^^"
where did you buy the motor kit
Very beautiful kart 😲😲😲😲😲.
Absolutely great video! Leaving a like!
Great job please pit a protective body shell on it to protect your work
Sweet build man.
Sweet tool setup
Where did you buy this battry
You should have used a surron motor because that doesn't look like 60 to 70 km at all
needs a minimum 7000w 144v
Great job, great performance. Subscribed...
NICE! What model of Einhell grinder is it?
Sensacional mais uma vez 🇧🇷🇧🇷
Everything is perfect. : )
Link for the electric motor please
Petrol is better than de greaser. If you heat the paint it comes like glass.
First time I ever saw anyone wash off a go-cart with a paintbrush...
link in description for the parts you used. electric motor, speed controller etc ?
Nice video mate👍👍👍👍
odlican kanal, svaka cast!
What's with the fricken sound cutting out in each ear. It seems intentional. Not enjoyable. Had to turn off the damn sound.
Nice build👍 btw may you describe about that tyre and rim? thanks
When are you doing more with the garden tractor?
Great video, can you explain how did you manage to get the chain always at perfect tension?
I can explain: karts have adjustable engine mounts, they can be moved forward and backwards on the chassis thus controlling the tension of the chain, he made a new motor support with the existing mounts so the chain can be adjusted like a regular kart.
con you share the link for the battery please?
Super videi ❤️💪👏👋🙏
Bro made his own Segway 😂😳
Could you leVe the cations visible for a bit longer. I am a slow reader and I have to push all the time. If not that's OK. I understand.
So you make everything look nice, but yet you do a terrible wiring job. ‘Why’ is the thing that comes to mind ?
Music must be paused when experimenting to hear the engine sound
Que controladora puedo ocupar para una razor 72v
Hey, guys, where compare part with 2 kart, engive vs electric with some professionals on it? I am so wait it at end... And some result feedback from them...
Nice job 👌👏👏
Shouldn't you be using at least 8AWG for the main wires coming out of the battery? And possibly a larger terminal strip? You're really pushing the limits for what I'm assuming has a peak amp draw of 40A.
From my experience making battery packs, even 12AWG is enough for 40Amp peaks, tested it myself continuously, that goes for short lenghts of wire ofc.
Use a QS 138 90H Motor. This is lots of Power
Do you know if it matters which way the motor is positioned ie (with the sprocket to the left or right), or is it changeable with the wires?
The motor used is "3 phase" so changing 2 wires around makes it spin in the opposite direction. If you have a programmable speed controller it can be done with software aswell.
