I’ve been doing this for a month straight. I listen min 3 times a day..but usually more. I listen to boosters. I listen to multiple at one time but not more than 3 different ones plus booster.
I had braces for 5 years and lost the metal thing at the back of my top two front teeth and they started space. My gap has pretty much closed. So my upper teeth row was getting more and more pointed towards the middle, it looked really bad and was very recognisable. It is now one month in and I see great results. Listened 10 times the first day, 4 times second day and twice today, seems to be working for me, nothing massive yet but it’s definitely doing something and that’s good enough for me.. will keep onto it.. patience is key. Have noticed for some reason it works better with headphones used without Bluetooth..not sure why but when used directly into device rather than wirelessly, works better...

My front teeth now look like they are in the middle, I think that’s because the tooth that is behind is now has moved to the front and is kinda of straight,my overbite is a bit better as well!

five days listening to this. my teeth seem straighter when i look in the mirror but not if i take a video or photo they seem to be the same. anyhow, they feel cleaner somehow so I will keep listening to it. it also works when i just think about this photo. my teeth start to vibrate.

24.01.2019 I use this now for 5 days. I listened to it with listening to Kaguya hagoromo´s booster beforehand. After i listened to it i instantly got very helpful videos about recovering teeth and jaw posture. One of that was from orthoropics, a very nice channel, where he explaines techniques and exercises how to correct your jaw and teeth posture. So i listened to the sub, while i made the exercises and looked all day that my posture was correct. Shoulder, Neck, Head, Jaw and Teeth. So everything was correct. First day it really felt unnatural to me. Second day much much less and on the third day ongoing i feeling more and more comfortable with it. I did notice a clear change.
I’ve dealt with a really horrible front tooth that’s crooked and sticks out, I hope this can help since I’ve been bullied for it my whole life! - I’ve listened twice and I can feel my teeth tingling and I have high hopes, thanks for the video!

I have always known my teeth were crooked but when i got home i asked my mom if i could get braces but she said when i lose all my baby teeth, and i'm only like halfway there. most of the time you won't get bullied for your teeth, only slightly teased sometimes, but almost everyone had had crooked teeth at sometime. so i wouldn't worry about being bullied. ik your probably not gonna read this but oh well.
