Am enjoying your guidance thanks Alice. One question tho…are we to actively lift the pelvic floor or will it be a result of either the inhale or exhale & same whilst holding the vacuum?
Hello! So your pelvic floor moves automatically as you inhale (softens) and exhale (contracts) and vacuum (contracts and lifts) - rather than squeezing it like a Kegel.
