Website coming soon!
i'm almost 25 and i'm obsessed with the tweenies!
The Penelope Pink episode is one of my favourites out of all the Christmas Tweenies episodes which were broadcast I especially love the song that Fizz and Penelope Pink sang and it is nice to hear them singing it on this podcast.
There were five Tweenies episodes in the Enchanted Toyshop originally broadcast in December 2000 there was
(1) Penelope Pink
(2) Highly Strung
(3) Little Blue Plane
(4) Mousehole Theatre
(5) Christmas Morning
This is a brilliant video and Iain Lauchlan is a legend of so many children's shows.
Merry Christmas! Enjoy people! 💜
I just fell upon this as I’m trying to learn about the behind the scenes of the show as it fascinates me and I was so caught off guard to hear Coventry mentioned as it’s where I’ve grown up and lived all of my life, fascinating.
I Remember with my childhood and Nostalgia. 👍
I really love Christmas pre-school programmes and the Knowing How I Know You song is really catchy
Brilliant! Nostalgic memories right there. And Ian talking about playschool! What a legend theses people are! And your on the road to becoming one too Sean! Your videos are awesome mate!
Thanks so much for uploading this to CZcams
I love the Knowing How I Know You song
Absolutely the best podcast ever!!!
THESE WERE MY FAVE PEOPLE
Wow this is incredible!! Love it!
THIS IS AN AWESOME CHRISTMAS PRESENT!!!!!
Lovely to hear how well the cast got on & helped Emma learn the ropes. Hearing that Justin went in, even on days off, to help her, doesn't surprise me at all. He is such a kind & genuinely lovely gentleman.
I saw Bob as Morecambe, he was fantastic. I also saw Colleen in Panto with Justin in recent years (the one she mentions in this vid), and met Iain at a family festival.
Welcome all ❤❤
I love pre-school singalong shows
That was incredible Iain Lauchlan is definitely a legend of children's entertainment and he is a national legend of so many kids programmes it would be great to see a podcast where you do a catch up podcast with the Playdays cast.
My Mum is absolutely Fun Song Factory mad.
He certainly is my friend! Glad you enjoyed it!
@@bemyguestblastsfromthepast I hope Iain has a great panto season in Coventry he is really lucky to take part in these festive events every year
@@bemyguestblastsfromthepast what about reboot Zoom reunion 2023 with the reboot Zoomer's?
@@jamestulloch-knight7252 you never see OG Wiggles, Los Wiggles or pbs kids Zoom.
Loved this
CAN’T WAIT! 😮
Have you thought about doing a podcast with both Will Brenton and Iain Lauchlan who are well known for working on a wide range of iconic pre-school children's programmes.
Brilliant!
I love that quiz you did with the cast of the Tweenies. Have you ever thought of doing quizzes with the casts of other kids TV shows. Like Balamory. The Fimbles and Me Too?
Really lovely watch! It’s also heartwarming to see that Colleen, Bob and Emma are all be up for doing a revive if it happens. If they ever bring the Tweenies back, they should definitely get the original voice actors back as they all still seem capable of doing it.
Shame that Colleen’s Fizz voice didn’t come through on mic especially as she seemed so happy to do it 😕 Awesome to hear the Milo, Max and Bella voices though 😀
Wait I forgot this existed!!!!
Magic! Simple! 🥰

It be nice to do a video where you interview both Iain Lauchlan and Dave Benson Phillips about their time on The Fun Song Factory as they did more shows than any of the other presenters did.
I've been chatting with Dave. He's a legend!
@@bemyguestblastsfromthepast Dave Benson Phillips absolutely rocks
@@bemyguestblastsfromthepast I love Penelope Pink's song Knowing How I Know You
@@mrhammadmossop1988ul-haq Aha... 😆
Dr Iain Lauchlan must be, I don't know. In his mids 60s don't you think? Have you thought of doing another zoom call with me and Gary Coupland especially what we did last summer?
hey hey are you ready to play it's time to come and play with the tweenies
Good Morning all Happy Christmas from @JohnnyKershaw
Happy Christmas! 😊
OMGGGG WOWWWW
Where was Justin?
I would really like to do a podcast like this about children's television programmes although I am feeling very nervous about doing this it would be a project that I would like to do but I am worried about how it will turn out
If you share a mutual interest in something it makes it easier. Your interested in what theses people do. And they are obviously interested in what they do too or they wouldn't have done it/be doing it. You already have a connection right there. I've found that most guests find that flattering too. Also generally people are willing to talk about the things they've done. It's a happy time for them. I don't really go in with questions as such because I want it to be more of a conversation. I'm not a journalist, however I still write notes beforehand so I have an idea of what to bring up. I got a bit nervous at the start but after the first podcast it all came naturally and everyone's been so lovley and supportive. If it's something you want to do then try it it. You've nothing to loose 💜
@@bemyguestblastsfromthepast That sounds like a really good idea to be honest

That is really very interesting
Will you get Judy involved in an episode soon?
You never know 🙂
Ommmgggg
But why if they are puppets like the Teletubbies do they occasionally animate them as hand puppets like Elmo? it has no sense
That was only in series 1 for outside scenes. They realised soon after that it wasn't working as they though it would and the actors weren't necessarily puppeteers (with the exception of Sally who played the original Bella) found it challenging. The podcast explains more on this 🙂
How about for your next is Mike cavanagh Who starred n brum as the museum owner ?🇬🇧
That would have been lovely. However he passed away a number of years back. You can see my chat with Shirley Anne (LollyPop Lady) on the channel now. Sx
Oh that’s a true shame I never knew thst until today maybe Brian Wilson who played as mr lardedar 🇬🇧?@@bemyguestblastsfromthepast
How did you get in touch with Emma, Because I Feel like contacting Emma is too hard
Emma is lovely. I also know Emma Quintin (Bellas costume actor) and her podcast is coming up soon!
@@bemyguestblastsfromthepastI mean how do you contact Emma Weaver? Is there a website or something
no justin fletcher and sinead rushe i'm sorry
