i honestly felt so happy watching this. i’ve been a fan of these guys since 2017, and the fact that ronald has grown so much in such a short period of time is really refreshing. he acts so mature for his age and i’m glad he feels more comfortable in doing things he enjoys. it’s great to see him focusing on his physique and pushing himself while still making sure he doesn’t hurt himself. i know ppl are disappointed that ronald has changed but that’s just what happens, he’s not gonna be 12 years old for the rest of his life. good for him that he’s growing into a handsome young man and starting to workout at this stage will be extremely beneficial. i couldn’t be more proud of him♥️

I remember being 11 or 12 watching him and his sister, now they've grown so much and it shows that time flies by way too fast, and now I'm in high school. Also I really should go to the gym, I've never been to one but I could use some exercise myself.😊

Ronald when you're doing the curl, dont pull your back too much because then you will damage your lower back and you can't bend over if its hurt bscause It will cause extreme pain. Search up some videos about lower back workouts, those workouts help you so when you fall backwards your back wont get injured

I’m happy to say that I am 13 and I’m in 7th grade gladly deadlifting 265 and almost 270. There are 2.5 pound weights called cookies so that’s how I almost got 270. He’s REALLY strong 😭
