YAS!!! Finally! Someone reuploaded this bts video! Ever since YT took it down I was ticked off, ever since I discovered it I watched it over and over and over again. It's such an inspiring story of how Phil built the VeggieTales empire from the ground up.
This honestly warms my heart to hear this backstory, as to how Veggietales came about... Cause... Even before I became religious for Jesus Christ, I watched these shorts so much when I was a kid. I honestly wish I had seen this episode though first... Cause... I had a LOT of bad dreams when I was a kid, to where my mom brought me to doctors to try and help me over it. The nightmares ruled me so much when I was a kid, and eventually was unable to tell when I was asleep or awake, absolutely terrified one night because of it... God bless these people for such a wholesome and heartfelt mission like this, it's just heartbreaking to realize that it's been bought out by DreamWorks of all companies... Which... While they made "Joseph King of Dreams" and "Prince of Egypt"... They are absolutely awful with the stuff they push in front of kids... :( I wish they didn't end up losing their company...
Don't get me wrong I am not a VeggieTales hater but why on earth would a theme park named after the video series be built? Do you know how long it would take to build the theme park?
Phil Vischer stated in his autobiography that there were plans for a VeggieTales theme park, but Big Idea’s financial problems and eventual bankruptcy caused the plans to crash and burn
