Connor was a naive and headstrong teenager who grew into a no-nonsense, unyielding and driven man who brutally murdered his targets with uncompromising obsession on his devoted path to bring freedom in a cause bigger than himself. These men were all flawed murderers, but their ambitions made them immortal legends that shaped history in ways that only a Kenway could. I’d love to think that they could all meet in video game afterlife in a pub and have a drink together, sharing stories about their many adventures.

I liked the ending of AC3 in a way that even though Connor went through hell and did all of these great things, he still didn't feel victorious. That touch of realism made me fall in love with the writing and acting as well.
I agree I would have loved to have seen a game with him in his younger years when he was still an Assassin then transitioned over to the Templars like they did with Shay in Rogue.

Love that fact that Edward is technically tied to Desmond. He is the grandfather of Connor and Connor is Desmond’s ancestor along with Altair and Ezio so they are all technically related. Also Desmond has a Templar Ancestor (Haytham).
Best part though is that connor is the best of the other two men. Haytham is the cynic of his fathers shortcomings, while Connor is the solution to Edwards dishonourable ways with Haytham’s practicalities. Really wish we could of seen all three of them work together for something. But that’s not how history turns out

Duuude you should get the rebel collection for switch, not only do you get to replay black flag (pretty much the same game just on a different console), but you also get to continue the story in Rogue and fight alongside Haytham
Conner was and probably always will be my favorite Assassin. I love his character, his journey, his skills, and his personality. When I finished the game, I had wished that I could’ve had more time with him
Connor was still quite young in ac3, still coming into his own as a man and an assassin. Seeing his character develop over the span of a few years is something I would like to see, but that's some wishful thinking.
The kenway's are a tragic family that runs with blood, betrayal, and discrimination and it is so sad that they all end up dying knowing that they failed that one person but still have pride in what they do.

They need to bring back the feeling of living through a family's legacy The Auditore family The Kenway family The Miles family I think this is really what gripped me, keep the modern gameplay if you want, just give me some sort of legacy to live through, I was incredibly disappointed we didn't get an Amunet game, or a game about the kid Bayek adopted at the end of Origins. Just give me a legacy, not a copy paste character that you grow no feelings toward

My favorite arc in the whole series to play was definitely this one. Even more than the earlier stuff.
Connor is a war hero and a real hero. He may not be a diehard assassin as much as anyone else, but his drive to protect puts him above the rest.
