Annoying issue with my beloved Galaxy Note 9 512GB. Seems to stutter and lag occasionally when the camera is engaged whether it’s the native camera app, Facebook camera or Instagram camera...

Spoke to Samsung. Advised the following.
Setting, app, camera app, storage, clear cache then clear data. It's working like a champ for me now. Hope it helps.

Turn off video stabilization in the camera settings. Worked for me.

I'm having a problem with my s7 edge , buy while taking photos there isn't any problem . But while recording videos and specially slow motion videos . Camera lags like hell

😂 The music is a nice touch. I'm with the S6 Edge Plus still and by now I'm thinking phones are so similar that I may just end up not splurging on my next one. What's the point, really. Even my S6 isn't obsolete yet...and it doesn't have camera lag. Good luck with that 📷
I'm amazed that you can live with that laggy shit-phone. I'm ditching mine for an Iphone in the next weeks. That s6 edge plus is driving me insane with the random lagging and with various apps crashing unexpectedly

that's same to my S9+ then i close all aplication, optimise devise and restart. it fixed and works again. no lag
A restart and a simple clearing of cache in the Camera app should work.

@@TheGamingAudiophile Just had it with video recording. Restarted, cleared cache. Tried recording for 30 seconds, no lag afterwards.
I have a 128GB version.

It can happen with any phone. I know you are just showcasing your problems with the note 9. It is probably something future software updates will be able to fix. As far as the instagram and facebook camera is concerned, try updating the applications through the google play store.

A fix may happen in the Android 9.0 official release for the Note 9. I guess waiting is all you can do.
