Toyota won with competition, no one can deny it. Porsche, Ferrari and Toyota were in it for the win all race. The car that did the best strategy and commited less mistakes won
Toyota still the one to beat for sure they have much more experience.
And Audi won all those races years ago with no competition either but people never complained but since it’s Toyota people complain!

kamui Kobayashi is one of my favourite drivers. During his time in F1, he was so exciting to watch, such great overtakes. If only he would have had a good car. Seems he is doing great elsewhere though.
He drove a NASCAR cup race at COTA earlier this year for 23XI Racing in a Toyota Camry cup stock car

Toyota Gazoo Racing won fairly they got their stragies right and they were fast. Porsche was fast aswell but they got stuck in traffic most of the time. But it was a lot of fun the race and it was a good race.

disappointed Ferrari couldn't get the win but you have to tip your hat to Toyota - they had great pace, great drivers, made the best strategy decisions at crucial moments and had a pinch of luck which you need. Fantastic race, can't wait for Spa

@@AlessioTanzi Verso la 4 ora di gara, quando erano 1 - 3 e credo 4 la 83 ha iniziato a piovviginare, dopo 10 minuti pioveva abbastanza, tanto che tutti gli altri hanno cambiato gomme passando a quelle de bagnato, mentre tutte e 3 le Ferrari rimanevano in pista con le asciutte. Quando hanno fatto il cambio avevano perso quasi 1 giro e hanno dovuto recuperare. Cavolo, hai 3 macchine, differenzia le strategie..... Con il ritmo che avevano almeno 2 erano a podio con vittoria.

It's funny how every time I see the comment on WEC videos, people always try to justify that WEC is better than F1, like okay if you think it's better then why keep mentioning about F1? It feels like you guys cant get F1 out of your mind

Wow what a race ! Never really been that excited about watching any racing although I love cars and all types of racing and rally but my god these hyper cars get me excited and the mixture of them and lmgt3 is just so so good !!! Happy to be around in this era apart from the prices of things lol

Disappointing result for us Peugeot fans but first race with the new upgrades. I'm sure we can expect better performance at the 6 hours of Spa. Congrats to Toyota and Kamui Kobayashi they played there cards right unlike Ferrari and they deserved that win.

I've been rooting for Toyota since Audi left LMP1H and I'm still in shock with this win with how much competition there is now. Hope they can take the Le Mans crown this year.

Kamui Kobayashi is the best all time driver by a mile.
He proved it at both LMP1 and in hypercar classes.
FIA had to slow down Toyota by 6 seconds in Suzuka, in order to level its pace with Ferrari. Toyota was that fast in Suzuka, before implementation of the initial BOP rules!
Last year, as if it wasn't enough, FIA updated the rules just before LM24 at the expense of Toyota. Still I believe, that Kamui Kobayashi san would had won the race, if he wasn't being hit from behind.
Post LM24, FIA revisioned the rules and leveled the field.
In this year, Toyota is even more heavier. Weight is the most important factor on racing, because it affects the performance of tires throughout the race. Toyota's hypercars are at clear disadvantage in comparison this year. Which is why Toyota's win flabbergasted everyone.

How did Ferrari mess up a 1,2,3 so bad?
For people who always want BoP in F1, it means they don't know what F1 racing is. F1 is the highest peak in world car racing, everyone has to try to be the fastest, most sophisticated and most reliable with existing regulations, so everyone has to go all out so it requires a very high budget. If BoP is implemented in F1 then the team that dominates will feel very persecuted because the engine engineers and drivers feel that their struggle will be in vain and even a lot of money and sponsors will be lost (harmed), because if there is BoP in F1 then F1 is no longer considered a the pinnacle of car racing in the world because someone was arrested, do you think winning because the real winner was slaughtered by regulations is considered cool? Imagine winning a race because the competitor cannot go 100% all out, that would be the same as showing that the winner is at a level below the real winner.
