    *Did you find the background music too loud in this video?* I always struggle balancing it out and, while it's usually pretty low volume, I feel like this one was a little too high?

    • @jocko366
      @jocko366 Před 4 měsíci +9

      just depends on the type of music usually - because this video is mostly strings and wind instruments traditional to the region (rather than abrasive drums that would mask your voice) I'd say the music is at the right volume!

    • @Mr.Septon
      @Mr.Septon Před 4 měsíci +4

      I thought the music in this video was a great volume. The previous person already made the comment, it's in part due to the type of music and didn't have any booming drums or anything that would otherwise drown out the information that you're laying down. If you and a lot others disagree, I mean by all means do what feels right but I personally had to say that it was bang on for me. I often use subtitles in videos because music does make hearing voices difficult but I didn't require that at all. You're very clear in your speaking to begin with, which helps.

      @MorrisonProductions Před 4 měsíci +2

      I didn't find the background music too high, the only thing technical wise was the thumbnail makes it unclear who's Sunni and who's Shia. It gives the idea that Saudi Arabia is Shia and Iran is Sunni.

      The design of the Iranian railway is by design. It is designed so an invading army from the north or east/west it would not benefit from it very much. Especially since the allies invaded Iran in WWII because of its rail system. It is said, the deign of the Iranian rail system is once of man's greatest engineering examples as it involves thousands of bridges and tunnels due to its geography. I do not know about the present stats, but in 1930s it had over 4000 bridges and tunnels, many carved through granite and its wonder bridge (Veresk bridge) that uses no metals and it is a brick and cement bridge and still in use almost 90 years later.

      Australia and New Zealand might be interesting to people. There are a lot of cultural similarities between the two, but there is also a whole lot of differences, and then when you get to the geographic differences, oh boy howdy.
      I don't know, now I just want a lot of comparison videos from your perspective. Portugal and Spain, or Portugal and Brazil (for colonial then and now), Spain and Mexico for a similar reason. That's another thing, could do some general comparisons of where the colonial power is today along with a, some, or all of their once colonial possessions (which would depend on quantity as to whether or not one or all could be addressed in a single video).

    Fun Fact: The significance of the colour green in Islam has one of its roots in the Quran (18:65-85), wherein it discusses al-Khidr (the Green), a mysterious servant of God who was bestowed with divine knowledge and wisdom.
    Islamic epistemology shares that green is a colour signifying one who receives beatification from God. This is why you often find the minarets of many mosques, including the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, are green; it's to allow the congregants of mosques to receive God's grace and blessings.

    Thanks for your video, although there are two thing mentioned that are not right,
    1- real minimum wage in Iran is 150 USD,
    2- Shia Islam in Iran is not 95 percent, it's 30% actually, more that 60% of Iranians are not Muslims(millions are now can be called ex-Muslims, but fearing of prosecution, they lie to you about their religion, trust me, this is true specially in young populations, which religion part is pretty much erased and non existence).
    There is another thing, Iran is pretty much isolated and with human rights issued and legitimacy of its system, the real military personnel is very much lower than what you said, that's why Iran always use proxies and not its people, because they won't fight for the system if a war happens, that's the main reason why Iran never tries to cause any war with anybody whatsoever. They always talk smack and don't do anything but talk.
