Unfazed I looked around but actually couldn’t find it, but I remember vaguely what it was. He wasn’t telling Taka not to ask he was asking the twitch chat not to, though it was on Taka’s stream. It was from a D&D one-shot called “The Unpredictables”. I think it was just meant as a joke since people probably ask him a lot and not as an ominous thing.

its actually possible to be happy or ok in your life without having 6 figures or more its called contentment, I personally save hundreds of dollars a month and im single with a Good Enough Diploma. I have a full time job at a nursing home, I live on my own and I have no debt that college gives you... I don't want to be rich I just want to be able to have extra money in case something happens and have a super powerful gaming PC which I have.

Yep and he made a video explaining some of these larger donations. Max has a 9-5 off and on and For several years he worked with the KI guys on content. Not sure what his current RL job is. It could be streaming for now. His wife has a FULL 9-5 that i know of. He's a well off person and puts a LOT of what gets donated into the stream. Guy is working with 2500 dollar cameras and microphones now because of the donations over 2016 frickin Studio Quality Seinheisers. Anything in the 50+ tier will knock him off his feet. He's never asking for or looking for anything like the donations he's received.
But it's so satisfying seeing Max react to that.

It took Max nearly six years to get to this level, he had to spend thousands of dollars for when he did Assist Me back in the day so he could film it as good as it could look, he had to grind like crazy so he had time for family, his wife, friends, filming, playing, editing, working, and trying to have a social life. To get to this, Max had to bust his ass and was risking his health. I'm in the same boat right now, hopefully, in five years, I hope to have at least half of Max's success.

Honestly I'm more fascinated by the idea of giving money to someone to get a reaction, which essentially is what this is. If donations were hidden, 90% of ppl wouldn't donate.
