And God forbid if any Exservicemen appear in the interview they will get it 100%theres reservation for them so even if u slog and work your heart out you absolutely have no guarantee that the job will be renewed. There's definitely no match in the level of respect that you earn in army dental to echs dental officer. In short if u are a fresher and want to make some fast money to open your clinic it's the best choice
Echs is contractual job which gets extended after every 11 months based on performance there is no provision of permanent job in ECHS. after how many days of interview results are declared for echs?? how the marks are distributed? is it a cumulative decision of the panel or a single person decides among them (may be the senior most officer? ) that who gets the seat
