I just know his lawyers are setting him up for an insanity defense. But there are several problems with that. He spared a white guy’s life after he noticed he wasn’t his intended target and apologized to him. He was in total control of his actions and showed the restraint to stop. When he said “sorry” to the white dude for pointing a gun at him, he knew that what he was doing was fully wrong. According to his manifest-o, he even suggested he may have remorse after the sh00ting, showing that despite knowing murder is wrong, he did it anyway to further his idealogical goals. He is no different than a terroris-t. Also, he had mens rea, meaning, he had malice aforethought and knew that he was klling human beings (he even says so in his manifest-o). Not zombies. Or demons. Or possessed people. But actual human beings is what he writes.
Side note, even if the suspect successfully uses a plea re mental defect. That doesn’t mean they walk free it just means they go to mental institution that also a prison.

Magazines are four parts and you can by them all separately and assemble yourself. All the magazine bans grandfather ownership of existing magazines and magazines last for a very long time. Lastly any gun shop out of state or whatever isn’t required to look at I.D. and verify the lawful nature of any purchase.

I've been in a lot of grocery stores, none of them had security guards.
I was wondering the same thing. I have never in my life seen an armed security guard in a grocery store.
The Krogers in downtown Cincinnati, Kroger in Price Hill Cincinnati, Kroger in Clifton Cincinnati....and more, all have security guards that come and go.

Life is prison is a worse punishment than death when you're a mass shooter. They usually don't get assimilated into regular prison culture and cliques and will instead spend his days in isolation unit with 1 hour / day break in an outside cage (depending on institution). I wonder how long it takes for him to regret his 20 minute thrill session.

In the footage of the attack, he finds a white cashier on the floor who screams when the shooter pointed the gun at him. The shooter then turns the gun away and says "sorry", sparing the white man's life.
