I must say, I prefer this game's design for the Imperial Storm Commandos over the original design. The original was just a recolored Stormtrooper. This design makes them seem more important, unique and elite.
I can imagine back in 2003, casual fans would think Tycho Celchu was a new character, but avid comic readers would be creaming themselves seeing him. In the Legends comics and novels, Tycho was an ace pilot who was later discovered to be Force-sensitive, becoming an early member of Luke’s New Jedi Order.
Hilariously from the first rogue squadron. I remember a Kasin Moore that defected to the rebel and she was a constant through that game going have to watch a playthrough of the second game peace.
@@BSKDAEMON maybe a bit of a mandela effect but besides the bad ending I remember an ending in which they all manage to escape. As far as I know it occurred when you destroyed a few tie-bombers alongside the 2 imperial ATP's at the end but again might be a bit of brain wuz cuz there is a bad ending in which the entire fleet is destroyed so maybe thats just the culprit ^^
@@McCoyFromSpace I am at a loss, it's either a mandela effect because there is an ending in which everyone dies and the normal one but I also felt like there was another ending in which they survived if you were quick enough.
I was disappointed with this game. There's just too much of the on-foot crap. I don't mind the occasional ground vehicle level, but I expected a Rogue Squadron game to be a flying shooter like the first two.
@@Seriona1 I think less of that, more like Episode I: Racer. Those swoop bikes handle and move a lot like the pod racers did, even across N64 and GameCube. More likely they were looking at games like Driver II and you had to physically get out and move to another vehicle. Driver 2 came out the year before and Driver 3 came out the same year.
yeah me too i loved this game as a kid more than rogue leader but when i got i realize how disappointing the game was like and that cut to black transition in certain cutscenes is annoying why would that be in a game released in 2003 and chris cox does not do a good job at voicing wedge unlike dennis lawson and the story is all over the place the movie scenes are too dark and not much dialogue in those and frame rate issues and it felt like they put the multiplayer first over single player
Nobody:
How grandparents describe there way to school: 4:01
With the bombers, it might not be too inaccurate for once
2:23 EA if you are seeing this please bring these troopers back for Battlefront II like you did with the Clone commandos.

Wow never thought I would see a misfit maniac here!!!
Factor 5 + Lucasarts had collaborated on various projects since the 16-bit era. A shame neither studio exists anymore.

You know what this reminds of? The final part of Cliffhanger from MW2
I could never beat this level as a kid.
With all that lightning, I could've sworn this mission was on Exegol.
Dantoonie was cooler than exegol.
Ew
Exercise, there is no planet Exercise. That is ridiculous.
subbed.
how about those storm commandos
We could've had missions from rogue squadron and rebel strike featured in the sequel trilogy as flashbacks of some sort.
Star Wars Rogue Squadron III Rebel Strike - The Mission to Dantooine
Speeder Bike Dantoine

speeder bike Endor

There were three characters that detected to the rebellion
Move faster by myself who's this guy Rambo ?
Luke Skywalker
Kalen Padmore r/woosh
lloyd9710 To be fair he mows down so many enemies by himself that Luke could very well be the SW version of Rambo.
Ayy Lmao pretty much 😂👌
Those outfits are the same from KOTOR
Serious shit, was this game programmed by someone on speed?
Man, What’s all that lightening shooting from?
superdiskboi Lol listen, I get that it’s Star Wars & it’s a game, but I want to know how is that lightening shooting that fast.
Clouds.
The Catfather must’ve been stronger, Force field, or something that makes the cloud shoot all the lightening.
@@ultrabrian8151 Nope, just regular ole' lightning. Lightning like that is real.
The Catfather nope, I’m talking about how much or how fast it’s shooting from the clouds since lightening doesn’t usually shoot that much.
Did you get all gold medals for this game?
Yes
@@BSKDAEMON mad respect for still replying to questions nearly a decade later hahaha

Idk if I'm the only one but didn't this mission contain 2 possible endings?
That is news to me.

I think they were trying to be more creative and incorporate some of their ideas they used in Naboo.
