I need a surgery I had two c sections and I diet and exercise all the time but I had no choice for my surgeries my first pregnancy was twins and I was ok but when I had my third and final son I had no choice but get the c section because they were afraid of my baby getting stuck. But exercise and diet is key and drinking plenty of water is the best form of getting healthy.

That’s exactly how long it took me and I blew up to 200 lbs at 5’2” at 30 years old . You just have to cut the sugar . I didn’t even exercise and got back down to 125 lbs
