Hhhh in our arabic comunities and specially in our beloved Morocco 😂you can't find one person who says mashalah or allahuma barik except ur father and mother but you can brothers and sisters stand front of this by forgeting and neglecting negative ideas ,doing your parayers (fajr prayer has a lot of positives) and some important adkar(can find them in some applications) when you wake up and when you go to bed, when athan call you for prayers also you can say dikr,language isn't helping me to express but anyway you can also recite bakara everyday(it's like a medicine) it's hard but very powerful and specially men have the chance to do this everyday so there is anything can affect you i repeat that's very hard in begining to have it as a habit but it brings a lot of beauty ,calm and tranquility.
I was so weak and vulnerable front of this topic when someone talks about me or about my good deeds and say oh it's very beautiful my mind becomes shaken and scared of hasad but this can shake your relations with friends and family so the evil eye can penetrate your own little universe and make it random so you can't fixe it easly.
It can't also let you have friends or something like this you will also cut your connection with familly and losing your relatives as result.....staying alone ...depression etc..... Human being is created to live with people to exist and coexist with people, to love and to be loved...and also God will give you as your niiya so as much it becomes good as much you will be rewarded .
Stay with god and forget this to live in peace.
Forgive my weak english but i find this video and i loved it so i want to share my experience with you brothers and sisters in this topic bcz it was hard for me for years ago.
