With twin Suzuki DF 175 horsepower engines, the ArrowCat 30 is capable of reaching a top speed of 49 mph (42 knots) using 15x21 propellers. More importantly, the ArrowCat 30 burns only 10 gallons (38 liters) of fuel per hour at a cruising speed of 23 mph (20 knots) using larger 16x20 propellers.
